    They do it all!

    As a wedding planner, I cannot say how nice it was to have Plan it to the T booked for catering, bartending, staffing, rentals, and florals for my client! It was so helpful to work with one company to organize so many different details for their wedding day and know that Tyanna and her team had it under control. Her eye for design turned out beautifully too!!

    Amazing coordination and guidance

    Plan It To The T made our wedding day feel effortless from start to finish. Their team was direct and patient with us throughout the planning process, answering every question without any confusion. On the day of our wedding, they handled all the organization and coordination so smoothly that we never had to worry about timing or logistics. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. What really stood out was how they kept everything on schedule while keeping us stress-free, which meant we could actually enjoy our day instead of managing details.     Yummy & Perfect Attention to Detail

    I hosted a tea for my dear friends and Plan it to the T - Catering and Planning helped create a special and memorable event. The food was delicious while still meeting my guests' many dietary restrictions--gluten free, shell fish allergy, vegan and nut free. I wanted cuisine that was filling, more like small plates than a traditional tea and they exceeded my expectations. The table settings and decor (which included a water feature) also set the stage for my friends who are moms of kids at all stages to unwind, relax, eat, drink and enjoy each other's company.

    Fantastic Catering at a Great Price

    We had a wonderful experience working with Tyanna and her team for our wedding. From the beginning, they were professional, responsive, and very accommodating to our budget needs. Their pricing was significantly lower than other caterers we looked at and honestly the only option we found that truly fit within our limited budget without sacrificing quality. On the wedding day, the staff was efficient, organized, and did an excellent job moving throughout the venue without ever feeling intrusive. Everything ran smoothly, and so many of our guests told us how much they enjoyed the food. We were genuinely impressed by both the quality of the service and the value for the money. We’re very grateful to Tyanna and her staff for helping make our wedding such a success.

    Highly recommend!

    T and her company were amazing to work with! She is able to make a large wedding look easy (it’s not lol). My husband and I had a personal tragedy occur literally weeks before our wedding taking our focus elsewhere. I sent inspiration photos and we discussed our vision (simple elegance) and she handled everything else: coordination with the venues, our photographer, the transportation company, catering, and most importantly, with my husband, to allow as little stress on me (us) for our wedding while ensuring it was what we wanted. She is very communicative and able to resource pretty much anything (e.g. burgundy flowers, specific table settings, etc). She directed my focus to the most important things we wanted and was able to instinctually fill in the rest when I wasn’t mentally and physically able to facilitate, creating the vision we so wanted for our wedding. We have received so many compliments from our friends and family and most importantly, we are happy with what was delivered for our special day.

Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
We can provide individual Kosher or Halal meals and customize fully vegetarian or vegan menus.
We recommend meeting 2 more times after your tasting. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics.
All of DC, MD & VA
We are full service. We will take you on a walk-through of available rentals and work with you to find options within your budget.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 12 months in advance.
For a small per person fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests.
