Thank you, Lauren, for allowing Plan It To The T to be a part of your wedding day. We truly appreciate the opportunity and are happy to hear that you and your husband had an amazing time, that your guests enjoyed themselves, and that you were pleased with the décor and how beautifully everything came together. We do, however, want to respectfully clarify a few points for future couples reading this review. Regarding the salad, it was not included on the final reviewed menu. During the planning process, adjustments were made to the package, including other items and incentives that were provided. Despite the salad no longer being part of the final menu, salad was still provided to guests at no additional charge. Therefore, we believe the statement that the salads were supposed to be included but did not happen as expected does not fully reflect the final menu arrangements or what was ultimately provided. We also acknowledge that there were several accommodations and agreements made throughout the planning process that extended beyond what was formally documented in the original contract. While these accommodations were made in an effort to be flexible and provide additional value, having some arrangements handled outside of the written contract unfortunately created confusion regarding what was originally included, what was later changed, and what was being provided as an additional accommodation. We take client feedback seriously and will use this experience as a reminder of the importance of documenting every change, incentive, and accommodation in writing, even when it is being provided complimentary. We appreciate the opportunity to have contributed to a wedding that, as you shared, was beautiful, memorable, and overall ran smoothly.
