The JDK Group is Central Pennsylvania’s premier catering and events company. Since our inception in 1987, we have continued to reinvent the standard for special events and hospitality services for the communities of Harrisburg, Lancaster, York, and surrounding regions. With over 25 years of event management under our belt, and internal staffing capabilities to plan a celebration for 15 to 15,000 guests, our talented and passionate team offers exceptional service, incredible food, and innovative design.

As a local and internationally recognized leader for providing full-service catering, floral design and decor, and event management services, we are committed to providing quality products to meet the needs of our industry and community.     Above and Beyond in Every Way

    JDK Catering went above and beyond for our wedding! We can’t say enough good things about them. We had our wedding at The Bond in York, PA (which we also can’t recommend enough), and while we didn’t have a choice of caterer, JDK completely exceeded our expectations. Once our final guest count was submitted, they proactively reached out about guests with dietary restrictions and offered customized meals at no additional cost. That level of care and attention to detail meant so much to us. The food was absolutely incredible. We chose four passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by short ribs and chicken with mashed potatoes and asparagus, and everything was cooked to perfection. Our guests raved about the meal throughout the wedding and continued talking about it in the days afterward. As anyone who’s been to a lot of weddings knows, people don’t usually remember or comment on the food, so that says a lot. A special thank you to Jackie Duval from JDK, who guided us through the planning process and helped us make choices that were perfect for both us and our guests. Her expertise and support made everything so easy. If you’re considering JDK Catering, don’t hesitate. They truly go above and beyond, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

    The BEST decision for our wedding!

    We got so many compliments on the food and options we had available. JDK was great with keeping my wife and I fed and hydrated throughout the day. We were able to enjoy all of our food options and it was wonderful. Special shoutout to Sydnee she was awesome to work with and helped me make all the decisions and Dave Jones who made the best drinks. Our guests were loving it. Thank you a million, JDK!!

    More than caterers

    We hired The JDK Group to cater our wedding and they turned out to be so much more than just the catering team. From the moment they arrived, they made us feel like our day was the most important thing to them. What really stood out was how the staff went behind the scenes to help us stay calm and excited as we prepared to walk down the aisle, both of us brides felt so supported by their presence. They handled all the food and logistics, including lots of allergies, with ease while also taking time to check in with us and make sure we were doing okay emotionally. The JDK Group didn't just feed our guests; they became part of our wedding day in a way we didn't expect. We can't thank them enough for the care and attention they showed us.

    Amazing Food with Flexible Pricing!

    We loved working with JDK for both catering and for florals! We appreciated that JDK had flexible price ranges based on our budget and preferences. They also worked seamlessly with our coordinators and other vendors to make the evening a success. As someone who is not detail oriented, I found it very helpful that our point people met with us many times to guide us to make decisions that were an accurate reflection of our styles. We would recommend the to anyone!

    Wedding at King Mansion

    We had such a wonderful experience having JDK as our wedding caterer and florist! All of our guests raved about the food and service. The entire JDK staff was attentive to us the whole day to make sure we were fed & hydrated. Annie was amazing to work with and took the time to meet with us before the event and ensure every detail was coordinated. She worked with us through changes made later so our wedding could be exactly how we wanted. Our wedding was the most perfect day and it wouldn't have been possible without JDK!
