Perfect Setting was the full-service caterer for our reception at The Washington at Historic Yellow Springs. We truly cannot say enough great things about our experience. From the very start, Samantha was kind, professional, and incredibly responsive throughout the planning process, which immediately put us at ease. She was knowledgeable about the food and planning process. On the day of the wedding, their service went far beyond just catering the reception. Samantha and her team were there early when we arrived, checking in with us, helping sort through décor, and getting the space ready. Her and her team went above and beyond by moving ceremony flowers into the reception space, managing the flow and timeline of the evening, coordinating with our other vendors, and even packing everything into our cars at the end of the night. Because of them, we truly did not have to worry about a single thing that day. On top of the outstanding service, the food and drinks were fantastic. Our guests are still talking about how impressed they were with both the selection and the quality of the hors d’oeuvres and buffet items. We are still dreaming about the pasta primavera and tender and flavorful beef! Perfect Setting delivered top-notch customer service and an unforgettable dining experience. We would absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for a caterer who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond.

Perfect Settings Caterers did our wedding in April 2026. Sam was our coordinator and she did an outstanding job. Sam was professional through the whole process. The day of the wedding went so smoothly from start to finish. All the staff they provided were exceptional and we heard soo many compliments on the food and service. We would recommend Perfect Settings without reservations to everyone. Absolutely 5 star service!

Working with Jerry and his team made our wedding amazing. They are the most professional team out there. The food is fantastic, the staff is very friendly and they made our event go off without a single issue. They were extremely attentive to us as the bride and groom(they brought us ice waters and all the appetizers while we were finishing up our photos) but also all of our guests. We have continued to get compliments about how wonderful the food was and the service at our wedding. Jerry and Sam ensured that our day was absolutely perfect. They sat down with us prior to the big day to go through finishing touches. They provided many different floor plan layouts for us to choose from. They provided their expert opinion on linens, layout and timelines to ensure that the evening flowed well. Their communication between ourselves and all of our other vendors was fantastic. Perfect setting made our wedding a success. We would have them cater any event that we have in the future! Anyone would be lucky to work with this incredible group!
