From start to finish, John Serock Catering made planning our wedding day so easy. They responded to our questions quickly and always knew exactly what we needed, especially when it came to handling dietary restrictions for our guests. The food was delicious—honestly, our guests haven't stopped talking about it weeks after the wedding. Their staff moved through the reception like a well-oiled machine, taking care of every detail so we could just enjoy the night. We felt taken care of the entire time, and it showed in how happy everyone was. We'd recommend John Serock Catering to any couple looking for caterers who actually care about making your day special.

We chose John Serock Catering for our wedding after they came highly recommended by our venue, and we truly could not have been happier with that decision. From our very first phone call, to the tasting, final planning meeting, and ultimately our wedding day, every member of the John Serock team was incredibly kind, professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. They made the entire catering process seamless and stress-free, and we always felt confident that we were in great hands. My husband and I decided to add the cocktail hour chip & dip station, mini dessert bar, and late-night pretzel bar, and they were absolute hits! Our guests are still talking about them. We received countless compliments not only on these fun additions, but also on the delicious entrees and passed hors d'oeuvres. Everything was beautifully presented and exceeded our expectations. The team also went above and beyond by providing specialty mixers and garnishes for our signature cocktails, which added such a thoughtful and personalized touch to our cocktail hour & reception. On our wedding day, the entire staff was friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Their professionalism allowed us to relax and fully enjoy every moment, knowing everything was being handled flawlessly behind the scenes. A special shoutout to Sarah C (our day-of coordinator) who was absolutely amazing. Her organization, communication, and calming presence helped make our day run perfectly from start to finish. We truly cannot thank the John Serock Catering team enough for their hard work and dedication. They played a huge role in making our wedding day so special, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional food and outstanding service. Thank you for everything!

Delicious Food, Professional Staff
Serock Catering was the exclusive caterer at Loch Aerie Mansion, but we would choose them again in a heartbeat. They were beyond wonderful to work with. Our day of coordinator, Violet, was so much more than that! She coordinated with all our vendors leading up to the wedding so the whole day went seamlessly. She answered all of our questions in great detail and helped us feel at ease hosting a 140 person party! The food was delicious, the servers were attentive, and the bartenders were efficient. We wouldn't change a thing about our wedding. Thank you Violet & Serock Catering!

Amazing food & service!
I can’t say enough good things about the John Serock Team! We worked closely with Violet on the team and she was extremely organized, efficient, and always there to answer any questions we had. She gave us recommendations for food, drinks, napkin colors, really anything you could think of. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and perfect due to Violet and the John Serock team! Our guests were raving about our signature drinks being delicious! Our guests still mention to us how good the food was! Wedding food normally isn’t memorable, but with John Serock it really is! I had the crab cakes and my husband had the short rib entree on our wedding night. They were cooked perfectly and were so delicious!! We would recommend the John Serock team to everyone getting married in the area!

Steven was incredible!
John Serock Catering was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was direct, clear, and friendly. As the event manager, Steven was incredibly professional, amazing, and so helpful throughout the entire planning process. Without an official wedding planner, we relied heavily on Steven's expertise, and he gave us such peace of mind that we could trust everything was being handled perfectly. On the day of our wedding, he made everything run so smoothly - even when we had some difficult weather, Steven and his team were incredible and did everything they could to let us have a beautiful outdoor ceremony! The team also assigns a dedicated server to attend to the bride and groom, ensuring we had everything we needed from the ceremony through the reception. John Serock Catering truly exceeded our expectations and made our wedding day an absolute dream.
