We want to make sure that you enjoy your day and you are unburdened.

I've been there! I was the bride without a wedding planner-- without someone to assist in making sure that the magic was happening so my now husband and I could enjoy such a beautiful milestone. We were entangled in the stress and overwhelm since weddings don't run themselves. After that experience, I knew I had a mission to fulfill--to make sure that no couple feels alone in organizing one of the most beautiful and equally stressful to design (without the right expert, of course!) events again! Why am I different? Because I know what needs to be done to ensure a seamless wedding, without adding any extra stress to clients!

    We started working with Ani a few months before our wedding and we wish we had her all along! Our wedding went off without a hitch, we enjoyed ourselves tremendously and have Ani to thank. Ani aced the essentials of wedding planning: coordinating with vendors to free up our time, staying organized, having plans and backup plans, communicating well (not burdening us with details, but keeping us in the loop and involving us on key issues), and being proactive. But what made her stand out, and are truly excellent planner, was her personal touch: getting to know us, understanding what we liked and how we liked it, and truly caring about making our wedding day wonderful. Ani has great empathy and could tell when we needed something, even if we couldn't articulate it, both in the planning phase and on the day of the wedding. We felt we were in such good hands. Also bonus points for pulling a rabbit out of a hat at the last minute on our wedding day when our DJ (a close friend) wanted to extend the rental on his equipment so we could bring it to the afterparty. I didn't even know Ani was aware of this idea, but at one point during the reception she mentioned that it was all sorted, and we had an afterparty for the ages. We couldn't recommend Ani more strongly! :)

    Working with Ani Wolff and her team in preparation for our wedding was the single best decision we could have made. Ani’s a great wedding planner that brings empathy, clear communication, close attention to detail, transparency, and flexibility to the process. She’s the person you’ll want to work with to make your planning, and wedding day itself, run seamlessly. We would recommend Ani as an essential part of your wedding and wedding planning process. We met with Ani shortly after getting engaged where she shared her process, expertise, and transparent estimates for her services. She also helped us to understand what our overall budget could be for the wedding that we wanted to have. We felt like we could trust Ani right out of the gate. After deciding to work with her, we met on a monthly cadence to discuss options for things like venue, vendors, details, and timelines. She kept track of all of our details on a project management platform to which we had access. This kept us on track with what we had to work on, well ahead of schedule with most decisions, and relatively stress-free throughout the process. When it came to venues, vendors, and purchases, Ani did a great job of taking our expectations, budget, and general intended vibe for our wedding to source the right people/things. She has a great pulse on the best folks to work with and matched us up to 3-5 options to choose from. They were all amazing which made decision-making tough — a great problem to have! Ani is also flexible and consultative in how she works with you. We thought we had a clear idea of the kind of venue we wanted, but the first one we decided to look at (and ultimately the one we went with) was a departure from that. Ani was sure to check in with us to communicate that, but she swung with us when we we expressed interest in things we hadn’t fully entertained before. I would recommend having some idea of what you’d like, but just know that Ani is easily able to help you fill in the gaps. Overall, the planning process was seamless and Ani kept us on schedule so that we really weren’t stressed out about any of the logistical and aesthetic details of the wedding, giving us plenty of space to manage the personal parts of planning. As for the weekend of the wedding, Ani, Gab, and Gab ran the show like the pros that they are. Ani was there to orchestrate our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and welcome party and everything went off without a hitch. This gave us the ability to be fully present with our guests. The day of the wedding was no different. Ani and her team were the first people we saw when we started preparing for the day at the crack of 8am. Ani had a very solid timeline that was shared with all of our vendors and the venue and we stuck to it. They did an amazing job of getting all of our VIPs into position for the events of the day like hair/makeup, photos, and lunch. Ani was even sure to align with our VIPs on fielding questions and concerns about various things throughout the day. Basically, Ani and her team were there to manage any and all issues that popped up (hardly any did), so we could be free to be excited about getting married! She took the very few high-stress moments and brought us back down to earth. Like I said, working with Ani was the best decision we made for our wedding. We were lucky to have met her and planned our wedding with her, and our only regret is that we don’t get to plan another wedding with again soon.

    Ani and her team were amazing on our wedding day! Everything went so smoothly and Ani was prepared for anything; for example, she had a kit full of safety pins and bobby pins that saved me when one of my bustle buttons broke on my dress, and helped keep my veil in place for the church ceremony. Not only did my wedding vision come to life on the day-of, but Ani was so on top of everything during the planning process. She responded within minutes to emails and texts, and was excellent in coordinating all of the logistics with our vendors. Loved her, and would definitely recommend Ani Wolff Weddings to other brides-to-be!

    Of all the things that my family and I spent money on for my wedding, the best money spent was Ani Wolff's wedding coordination. Ani stepped in and made sure that everything ran smoothly and that my day was executed exactly as I had hoped it would be. While my mom and I had spent a year planning my wedding down to the detail, we had overlooked the fact that we'd need a point person to manage things on the day of so we could actually enjoy my wedding day. Enter Ani. Ani not only was brought up to speed quickly but when I say she made sure everything ran smoothly, she was flawless. Not only making sure all the details were perfect but also navigating last minute problems, like my hair stylist not showing up. I will recommend Ani Wolff Weddings to any bride!
