    I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Wedding Serenade for our wedding. Their communication was horrible from the start - they failed to meet several contractual obligations and displayed poor time management and booking skills. They booked two musicians, but one left before I even walked down the aisle, well before the contracted time, due to having another event to attend. The second musician did not know which songs to play, resulting in a horrible performance. I have requested a partial refund but have not received anything nor any follow-up communication. I am now looking into taking legal action against this vendor due to the subpar service and financial loss they caused on our special day including the failure to meet contractual obligations. I would not recommend Wedding Serenade to any couple planning their wedding.

    Totally disappointed in both my experience communicating with this vendor as well as the musician they sent us. I believe only one of my song requests was played at the correct time. Now I totally understand if the wedding party was walking too fast to change songs, but my walk out song wasn't played and there was more than enough time to switch songs before I came out. It was also very obvious that I was the next one to come out. All the information was given beforehand and I was given confirmation that they would be able to play the songs. We even had to change a few songs because we would have had to pay for the rights to any song they didn't have, also fine, I get that, but in the end the concessions we made to stay within their play list and they still couldn't do that right. Then after all that I send an email letting them know that the musician was less than satisfactory and received nothing back. They didn't even have the decency to apologize. I didn't expect a refund, even though it seemed deserved, but a reply to my issue would have been nice. Would NEVER recommend this vendor. Very disappointed in both their customer service as well as their performance.

    Sadly they’re ignoring me since I have to cancel my event. Even tho it’s well in advance. I’ve been trying to contact them for a few days now. And nothing! So disappointing.

    Beautiful playing!! Such a touch up to a normal outdoor ceremony. My husband even wrote a composition of my favorite hymn on Ableton and they learned and played it for us!! It was beautiful. Also played pride and prejudice last minute walking back and during our cocktail hour. Reasonably priced too. 10/10
