What process do you use to learn of our requests for special moments like first dance?

To ensure your event is perfectly orchestrated, I'll send you a simple yet comprehensive Google Form to gather key information. This form covers everything from your processional and recessional songs to your grand entrance music and first dance selection. It also helps me understand your musical tastes and your guests' preferences – including age ranges, geographic backgrounds, and favorite genres. This detailed information allows me to collaborate with you, your venue, and your coordination team to craft a seamless and unforgettable reception schedule.

Do you provide music for wedding ceremonies or cocktail receptions?

Yes! We can perform in a few ways: -Duo performance for the ceremony +/or reception  -Duo for ceremony, & dinner and bring in the full band or DJ for the reception Send us an email or a phone call and we can go over in detail what your needs are. Whatever they are, we will make the process as easy as possible for you so you can focus on enjoying your special day!

How early do you come to set up?

To ensure a flawless event, we typically allocate two to three hours for setup. This timeframe allows us to accommodate specific venue logistics and event schedules. We'll work closely with you and your team to coordinate the setup efficiently.

Are you fully insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are fully insured, and this coverage is included in the price of our services. We can easily provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI), and add them as additionally insured, if your venue requires it.

Do you provide a wireless microphone and additional sound system for the ceremony?

Yes, our "Let's Get Married Package" includes a high-quality wireless microphone for your officiant and all necessary sound equipment for a seamless ceremony.

My venue has 3 seperate areas, one for ceremony, another for cocktail hour, and another for reception. Are you able to cover all of that?
