“I contacted Terri, at TMF, to discuss my daughter’s upcoming bridal shower and she was amazing! I had a few ideas of what I was looking for and she understood what I was imagining and really refined what I was thinking and converted my few thoughts into a cohesive theme and a beautiful event for my daughter! The bridal shower was beautiful! The decor, theme, drinks, food, tables and chairs, decorations, umbrellas… and so many details… all came together so beautifully. It was quite impressive to see the event space transformed into my daughter’s dream shower! “I reached out to Kelly a couple months before our wedding weekend searching for someone to help alleviate the stress of planning and setting up for our untraditional wedding weekend and Kelly/Kllr Events was my first and only call! We planned an intimate ceremony at Crystal Cove on Saturday night and then a reception party Sunday afternoon. From our initial consultation call, Kelly was eager and excited to help bring our visions to life. Kelly was super prompt and clear with communication. She didn’t overwhelm us and offered her insight and expertise to help us develop timelines that were complete and met our needs and goals. I had no stress about logistics leading up to the weekend. Both the ceremony and the reception could not have been more perfect! There were lots of DIY elements for decor (I didn’t have a florist) and Kelly’s set up and coordination was everything I had hoped for! Her communication with our guests, photographer, and other vendors was so helpful and kept both of our special days seamless! I’d highly recommend Kelly for any special events :)”

“My husband and I got married at Disney's Grand Californian this year and we are beyond grateful that Kimberly was a big part of our wedding. We found out during the planning stages that Disney does not handle personal items and décor and we would have to reach out to an outside vendor. I heard about Kimberly's Ever After Planning in the Disneyland Wedding Community and I reached out to her when I realized that we would have quite a few personal items. She responded swiftly and we were able to discuss Outside Coordination services. She is absolutely so kind, very responsive, and is on top of it. As a former Disney bride herself, she knows how Disney Weddings work and understands how stressful the wedding planning process is. After we received our BEO, Kimberly was able to arrange a meeting promptly and we went over great detail on the BEO, including which items do we DIY and items we pay Disney to provide. My husband was unsure at first if we needed an outside coordinator, but after our first meeting, he was 100% on board that we needed an outside coordinator. I wish we did this earlier, but we realized the planning stress was a little too much, so we hired Kimberly as a partial planner on top of outside coordination. She made a personalized custom planning package and was able to help take a good chunk of wedding planning stress off of us. We were in constant contact until the big day and had bi-weekly or monthly meetings on various topics in wedding, including signage, floral, and personal item décor. On the day of, Kimberly and Travis were just absolutely amazing and we didn't have to worry about a thing! We had our personal items in boxes and we gave them creative freedom to arrange our personal items. They were able to set up all of our personal items so beautifully and were able to move everything to reception on time. They were so attentive and helped us throughout the night. One of my aunts lost her earrings in the Dressing Room, and Kimberly was able to hold onto and return it to her after it was found. Additionally, Travis noticed my husband's boutonniere was starting to fall off during the reception, and he stepped in and reattached his boutonniere. Kimberly and Travis offered and were able to get me our signature drinks while I was getting touch-ups. I'm so glad they did because I did not have a chance to try our signature drinks. They were able to get all of the items in both the reception room and the dressing room and returned everything back to us before the night ended! :) If it was not for them, our wedding would have been 30x more stressful. We absolutely cannot recommend Kimberly's Ever After Planning enough for planning and coordination services!”

“Thank you, Sam @thelastroseweddings !!! Our 8.21.26 wedding in Old Towne Orange (CA) was a DREAM, thanks to the SUPERIOR work of Sam. Naturally, the wedding planning process can be extremely stressful. My wife and I were put in contact with Sam through a recommendation by our photographer who had overwhelmingly positive things to say about her. From the initial introductory phone call, we immediately felt Sam's warm and positive "vibe." After exploring two other potential wedding coordinators, we decided to fully commit to working with Sam for our DREAM wedding. During the months and weeks leading up to the big day, Sam was very accessible and communicative via text, phone call, and email. We had many questions and indecisiveness about various items such as the wedding timeline, floor plan layout, and table decorations, to name a few. Sam respectfully provided her opinions without "forcing" them upon us. Additionally, she did not make any "judgement" whatsoever on any of the details that my wife and I decided on. It was VERY evident to us from the get-go, that she has PROVEN experience in the wedding planning industry. On the day of the wedding, Sam showed up EARLY and with a POSITIVE and ENCOURAGING attitude, which eased our nerves. She was constantly checking in on us, asked how we were feeling in the moment, and always made sure we stayed hydrated with water during this emotional (and extremely warm) day. For the decorations, Sam followed our instructions "to a T" and even arranged the hurricanes, candles, and framed photos in a way that looked AMAZING for the photographer. One "surprise" that was not part of our initial vision, but proved to be absolutely amazing was the old-fashioned phone recording device that allowed our guests to leave audio messages to us. My wife and I had some good laughs hearing the funny and sentimental messages from our guests. These audio messages captured a moment in time that we will cherish forever. Overall, we are EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to Sam and @thelastroseweddings for making our dream day happen WITHOUT ANY FLAWS. We CANNOT RECOMMEND SAM ENOUGH to any couple out there who is navigating the wedding planning nprocess. It is a very stressful, yet rewarding experience, and you will be in PERFECT HANDS with Sam. “Jenny and her team made my wedding happen! I got the "Day of" Coordination package, but Jenny worked with me for months leading up to the event. She provided so many wonderful recommendations and resources to help with the planning process. She communicated with all the vendors and made sure there was no stress for me on the big day. Our venue was a bit disjointed in their comunication and Jenny was able to bridge all those gaps, find creative solutions to problems and probably solved so many other issues that I don't even know about. All our items were well taken care of and we always knew what was going on. “When I first reached out to the Embrace U team, I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the funds on a day of coordinator. After a couple of conversations with Erin, I was convinced the Embrace U team was worth every penny. The team did not disappoint, my husband and I will be forever grateful. Erin's attention to detail and years of experience shined. She ensured she completely understood our vision and what was most important to us. Four weeks prior to our wedding date, Erin took over vendor communication and was our point of contact. This was such a stress relief. Erin also created a wedding day timeline, which is one of the reasons why we had such a successful wedding. All the vendors and our bridal party knew our plan and timeline the week before our wedding. I did make minor changes last minute but Erin helped communicate those to the vendors. Erin and her team were always near by but not in the way. Anytime I needed to ask or point out small things that came up, the Embrace U team was just a quick glance and nod away. “I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! Seeing the design we have been working on for 2 years was absolutely surreal! Everything was stunning and all of our guests absolutely raved about everything! “It all started when me and my wife was searching for a wedding planner that didn’t charge an arm and leg for services. We found Amber and her team through friend recommendation and once we met and spoke to Amber it was an instant connection. We knew she was the right person who would be able to manage and listen to our needs and expectations, and also deliver on our wedding day. On the day of our wedding, Amber ensured all our vendors were promptly on time and she also held our venue accountable for last moment changes, which saved us money. Amber knew all the right things to ask and she also provided great suggestions to make our wedding reception flow smooth. She even went out of her way to assist us during our ceremony that was in a different city. That’s something that we really appreciated from her because we really didn’t have any other person who we can rely on to help us set up our aisle runner and bring our wedding frame to the reception. Amber really took care of us during our big event as well, she made sure we ate and had breaks to re hydrate after all the dancing we did and she ensured that our wedding decorations was neatly packed away in our car when the wedding was over.
