The Lilac Package is for the client who has already started planning the wedding but needs a Coordinator 4 months before to help manage and finalize all the details. Unlimited access to Social Lite team for professional advice and guidance included. We will handle the on-site coordination so they can focus on enjoying their special day!

The Lavender Package is for the client who only needs a coordinator on the day of the wedding. We will be there from start to finish to manage and coordinate every detail on their special day!

    Amber and James from Social Lite were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were extremely detail-oriented, organized, and attentive throughout all the events we’ve worked on.     I’ve given Amber (wedding coordinator) a list of the ins and outs of our wedding. And she did an amazing job, like she was the best friend you’ve wanted to help on your wedding. I would recommend to hire her considering she would help you in detail. Sending loads of love!

    Amber was an extremely helpful coordinator for our wedding reception! She was always communicative and professional working with us. Amber was especially instrumental in maintaining contact with our venue, which had not been very responsive to us. Amber made sure to keep following up with them and get the information we needed. She also connected us with vendors for our decor and lighting. On the day-of, Amber was great at managing all the different vendors we had hired for the reception for food, drink, DJ, etc. What we especially appreciated was Amber's perfect balance of being professionalism (being responsive, suggesting vendors, coordinating everyone) as well as understanding (knowing that our special day should match what we want, allowing us to be hands on where we wanted to but taking care of what we didn't have capacity for).

    It all started when me and my wife was searching for a wedding planner that didn’t charge an arm and leg for services. We found Amber and her team through friend recommendation and once we met and spoke to Amber it was an instant connection. We knew she was the right person who would be able to manage and listen to our needs and expectations, and also deliver on our wedding day. On the day of our wedding, Amber ensured all our vendors were promptly on time and she also held our venue accountable for last moment changes, which saved us money. Amber knew all the right things to ask and she also provided great suggestions to make our wedding reception flow smooth. She even went out of her way to assist us during our ceremony that was in a different city. That’s something that we really appreciated from her because we really didn’t have any other person who we can rely on to help us set up our aisle runner and bring our wedding frame to the reception. Amber really took care of us during our big event as well, she made sure we ate and had breaks to re hydrate after all the dancing we did and she ensured that our wedding decorations was neatly packed away in our car when the wedding was over. Look no further if you are looking for a great, attention to detail, caring, and responsible wedding planner because Amber and her team will take care of you from A-Z and they will go above and beyond to make sure you and your significant other are having fun for your special day.
