The Lilac Package is for the client who has already started planning the wedding but needs a Coordinator 4 months before to help manage and finalize all the details. Unlimited access to Social Lite team for professional advice and guidance included. We will handle the on-site coordination so they can focus on enjoying their special day!

The Lavender Package is for the client who only needs a coordinator on the day of the wedding. We will be there from start to finish to manage and coordinate every detail on their special day!

    Groom and Bride

    Working with Social Lite made planning our wedding feel so much easier. They were responsive and clear every time we reached out with questions or needed to make decisions, which took a lot of stress off our plate. On the day of our wedding, they showed up ready to work and helped us set up all of our decorations, making sure everything looked just right before guests arrived. We felt like we got solid value for what we paid, and they delivered on their promises without any surprises. The team was organized and professional, and we appreciated how they handled all the details so we could focus on enjoying the day. We would definitely recommend Social Lite to other couples looking for a planner who is easy to work with.

    Great Experience

    An acquaintance recommended I check out James from Social Lite as a DJ for my wedding and when I looked at their website, I was surprised to see that they also offered wedding coordination as well. I filled out a form and requested to be contacted. Amber, their principal planner, emailed me soon after and we set up a Zoom call to discuss what I was looking for. I immediately felt a good vibe from her; she has a bubbly personality but also has a lot of knowledge about the industry. This is important as I'm sure most brides are new to wedding/event planning. I knew from that call that I wanted to book Amber to coordinate my wedding, from there, she set up meetings for James and I to discuss the DJ component. We initially weren't going to do a photo booth but since their company offers all three services, they gave us a bundled price that was a no brainer and I'm glad we went with it because it was a big hit with our guests; my husband and I still look at the digital copies that were provided to us and it makes us smile every time. One of the pros of going with Social Lite is that they offer a lot of wedding services in house, this made it easier to discuss details and pricing with just one person instead of having to vet vendors for each service. They also weren't pushy with adding services and we felt like we had the freedom to decide what fit our budget best. Although we enjoyed working with everyone on the team and their services offered, I have to give the biggest compliment to Amber. We had a major hiccup a month before the wedding and she helped us navigate that and reduce our stress level. She was also available at pretty much all hours of the day even when I'd tell her she didn't need to respond till the next business day, she'd still get back to me even if it was after midnight. I felt like she also provided more services than what we initially agreed on per the package we bought and that was much appreciated. My family also praised her work ethic and stated many times that she did a great job. My husband's coworker is getting married in several months and we've already referred him to Social Lite for all the services we used. I highly recommend working with them, especially Amber.

    Day of coordinator

    From our first conversation with Social Lite, we knew we had found the right planner for us. Amber understood our vision immediately and helped us bring it to life every step of the way. She connected us with trusted vendors and handled all the details that could have stressed us out, leaving us free to just enjoy the experience. On our wedding day, she kept everything running like clockwork while staying warm and supportive throughout. Amber's knowledge and kindness made such a difference, and we felt completely cared for from start to finish. We honestly can't imagine planning our wedding without her.

    Top Tier Experience with Amber Social Lite

    Amber and her team were amazing throughout the wedding planning process - from initial setup calls, to introducing us to vendors, and finally being the organizing team captain day of the wedding, she's really on top of her stuff. The best example of this was when the linens we had picked out were the wrong color and we were far from the warehouse the day before the wedding, Amber picked up the phone to sort it out for us to get those linens delivered to the venue! The rest of the team that comes through the Social Lite package - photobooth and DJ included!
