I have 26 years experience in some of the best kitchens in America. We have a decade of experience catering hundreds of weddings. And have worked with hundreds of venues in Los Angeles and Orange County. We are a preferred vendor in many locations in LA.

Our Pizza has been written up in FOOD & WINE MAGAZINE and LA TIMES as one of the Best Pizzas in California. We have 120 hr fermented sourdough pizza. And use the highest end ingredients. We are the LA's ORIGINAL PIZZA VAN. We also have 3 five ton oven trailers mounted with wood burning ovens, as well as countertop ovens for creative spaces and even roof tops.

Speak Cheezy is incredible from start to finish. We had the best experience working with them and doing tastings, they went above and beyond at every turn to make sure we had what we needed and we were happy for our day! On the day of the wedding we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We’ve been hearing compliments nonstop about how amazing the food at the wedding was and how it was the best pizza they’d ever had! Cannot recommend them enough!
