Taylor & Nicole’s wedding at Embassy Suites, Temecula was a wonderful blend of modern elegance and personalized touches. Their vision for an intimate yet stylish celebration inspired us to craft a menu that was both comforting and sophisticated. The highlight dishes, like Grilled Chicken with Lemon Butter Sauce and Vegetarian Lasagna, captured the couple’s love for fresh, seasonal ingredients and timeless flavors. To elevate the experience, we provided a 4-hour Standard Open Bar, featuring two custom signature cocktails crafted to reflect Taylor & Nicole’s favorite flavors. The personalized drinks were a hit with their guests and added a unique flair to the event. The Embassy Suites offered the perfect setting for an elegant, yet warm and inviting dining experience. It was an honor to help bring their culinary vision to life, ensuring both the food and drinks truly told their love story.

  • Dani Rose and her team were absolutely incredible!

I hired Dani Rose for multiple services for my wedding—florals, bar, appetizers, and decor—and she truly made my day stress-free and beautiful. Everything came together perfectly. The appetizers were such a hit that my photographer could barely get photos—our guests devoured all 1,000 of them almost instantly! The presentation was stunning, and the flavors were unforgettable. From start to finish, Dani brought my vision to life while keeping me calm and taken care of. I’m so grateful for everything she did and would recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, talented, and hardworking vendor who genuinely cares. — Dahlia

We hired Dani (Founder & Chief Magic Maker – Unicorn Wings & Amazing Things) as our wedding planner five months before our ceremony on June 15, 2025. At first, she dazzled us with boundless enthusiasm and assured follow-ups. Once our contract was inked and deposit cashed, however, the illusion shattered—and every planning phase descended into chaos. 1. Communication Meltdown - Vanishing Tasks: Assignments we explicitly discussed never appeared on any timeline, meeting memo, or to-do list. - Documentation Ban: When I politely requested written notes or confirmation of completed tasks, Dani snapped—banning calls and texts and insisting on “email only, at her convenience.” With just four months to go, we were locked into a one-sided, rigid arrangement. 2. Cake Con Artist - Zero Credibility: At the hint we were shopping for a cake vendor, Dani proclaimed “years of cake-making experience”—yet produced no portfolio, no samples, not even a single photo. - Blind Promises: She demanded our inspiration images and swore blind she could replicate every detail. Trusting an unvetted baker with no track record was a red flag we should have heeded. 3. Catering Catastrophe - Makeshift Tasting: We arrived expecting a staffed tasting—uniformed servers, plated samplers, proper setup. Instead, it was just Dani alone, mumbling about her mom, sisters, husband, and an imaginary “team.” - Amateur Hour: The finger foods were lifeless, sloppily presented, and tasted like recycled cafeteria scraps. We canceled her catering on the spot—thankfully dodging a full-blown reception disaster. 4. Floral Fiasco - Empty Promises: Again, there was no portfolio—only vague assurances that she “knows flowers” and “gets bridal visions.” - Wilted Reality: On our wedding day, we were greeted with half-dead blooms and scrawny centerpieces that looked nothing like our lush inspiration boards. What should have been elegant décor felt like last-minute grocery-store leftovers. 5. The Phantom Team Exposed - Fabricated Support Crew: Throughout planning, Dani insisted she had help from her mom, sisters, “other staff,” and an unseen warehouse team. - The Truth: Under direct questioning, she admitted it was just her—and her husband, who “helps out” but never actually plans. Our “Chief Magic Maker” was a two-person act with zero backup. As a final slap in the face, our polished schedule-board inspiration became a messy, handwritten scrawl—complete with the original price tag dangling. When confronted, she shrugged, “Oops, forgot to remove it.” 6. The Day of Reckoning - Total Collapse: Every single service—logistics, cake, cupcakes, catering, flowers—collapsed under the weight of empty assurances. - False Magic: Dani tried to juggle it all and, in the end, was brilliant at nothing. As the old adage warns: “Better to master one thing than dabble in many and excel at nothing.” - Heart-Stopping Moment: My husband’s pre-venue caution, “Brace yourself,” echoed like a siren. Stepping into the hall, my heart sank. There were no apologies—only the bitter aftertaste of broken dreams. In Hindsight We chose Dani for convenience and hope—thinking one planner could seamlessly handle every detail. Instead, our big day became a series of service failures. What should have been the happiest moment of our lives turned into frantic damage control. We share this not to shame, but to illuminate every red flag so future couples can proceed with eyes wide open. Use our story as a guide—the choice is yours.

    Response from vendorJun 25, 2025
I’m sorry to hear you were unhappy, but I want to clarify that you did not book our catering services, and we did not provide any food for your event. Despite this, you’ve left a review on our catering storefront, which is misleading and potentially damaging to a small, woman-owned business. Our records, contracts, and communication history confirm that no catering services were ever confirmed or delivered to you. We take every client’s event seriously and work hard to ensure expectations are clear and documented. While we understand the stress that comes with wedding planning, it’s important that reviews reflect the truth. Our team stands behind our work and welcomes feedback from clients we’ve actually served — and we’re proud of the experience we provide to the couples who trust us with their big day. Wishing you the best, Dani Rose
