Awarded Best of Zola
I first came across Fairview Green River on Zola and reached out for pricing. Based on the initial information, I assumed it would be outside of our budget. I even scheduled a tour but nearly canceled because I didn’t want to spend another Saturday touring a venue my fiancé and I felt we couldn’t afford. When I contacted them to cancel, they encouraged me to keep the appointment—and I’m so glad I did. At the time, we didn’t have a wedding date, and Fairview happened to be offering a discounted rate for a Saturday wedding along with several perks we couldn’t pass up. That completely changed our minds. We attended one of their fairs to try the food, and honestly, I had mixed feelings at first. By that point, we were already committed to the venue, so I was hoping for the best. I shared my concerns with Sandra, who was our main contact throughout the process. She walked me through other menu options and reassured me that we would love the food—and she was absolutely right. The vendors they work with were wonderful. Tasteful Cakes, Ivy & Co, and The Southern California Wedding Guys were all responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Pricing for add-ons was also very reasonable compared to vendors I had researched on my own. Day of the wedding: Our day-of coordinator, Darian, was amazing. She stayed calm, organized, and collected while making sure the entire wedding party had everything they needed. Sandra also checked in on me throughout the day, which I really appreciated. During cocktail hour, the Fairview team had drinks and snacks set aside for us so we could enjoy some time and take our sunset photos. When we returned for our grand entrance, our dinner and drinks were already waiting for us at our table—such a thoughtful touch. We truly had the best night ever surrounded by our favorite people. And the food? AMAZING. We chose the American package with prime rib and a carving station. They also offered Italian and Mexican options, but the carving station sealed the deal for us. The only downside was that we only had access to the venue two hours before the wedding. A third hour would have been ideal. While I could have paid for the extra hour, I do feel this should be included. For reference, we chose the all-inclusive Elite package. A few helpful notes for anyone considering it: Flowers are partially included: table centerpieces and the ceremony arch are covered, but bouquets and boutonnieres are not. We purchased those separately, and their pricing was very fair—much more affordable than other florists. The DJ package includes the DJ only. Lighting, fog, and sparklers are upgrades. We chose to upgrade and were very happy we did. There are no additional cake fees, and the cake options were great. Our friends and family are still raving about the food, cake, DJ, and overall experience. We are so happy we chose Fairview Green River and would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host an event.

Adina and the Event Set crew transformed the GMMA into a beautiful wedding site and experience. We picked them because the price was right and the views were beautiful. On the day of the event the flowers were more grand than we expected for our price point, the DJ was engaging, and the food was better than any wedding I’ve attended. They accommodated our Indo-Western wedding with great Indian and western food. We even had his and hers mocktails. The food was the most customizable experience we found on the market. And it was tasty max. Adina is respectful, caring and patient. Your photos will be amazing with the view and the flowers. Especially if you have Trisha as your photographer. She is a master of lighting and angles. She makes quick work of editing and getting the photos back to you. Overall a great experience, less stress, and an all inclusive experience with lots of personalization.

Why is Redlands the Perfect Setting for Your Wedding Day?

Redlands offers a distinctive Mediterranean climate paired with Victorian architectural treasures that create an unforgettable wedding backdrop. You'll fall in love with the panoramic views of the San Bernardino Mountains that frame your special day. The historic downtown district provides charming settings for wedding photos while venues throughout the city showcase California's signature citrus heritage. Your guests will enjoy the natural fragrance of orange blossoms and golden light filtering through branches during outdoor ceremonies; creating that magical atmosphere you've been dreaming about.

What Types of Wedding Venues Can You Find in Redlands?

The venue options in Redlands cater to every wedding style imaginable. The Mitten Building preserves its 1890s factory origins with impressive 24-foot ceilings and exposed wooden beams that give your celebration authentic character. You'll find The Grove of Redlands surrounds you with heritage orange trees producing those gorgeous fragrant blossoms in spring. King Street Orchard delivers intimate settings among fruit trees with mountain backdrops that your photographer will adore while Tennessee Gardens features year-round blooming flowers that create natural décor for your celebration.

How Much Do Redlands Wedding Venues Cost?

Wedding venues in Redlands average about $10,131 which fits right into the national benchmark of $6,500 to $12,000; that's typically 25% of your total wedding cost. Planning a smaller wedding with 50 guests? Budget around $24,896 total. Medium-sized celebrations with 100 to 150 guests typically run $41,538 to $57,180 while large weddings with 300 guests can reach $99,103. Your venue investment usually represents about 18% of your total wedding budget so you'll want to choose carefully to maximize value.

Which Redlands Venues Offer the Best Value?

The Mitten Building delivers exceptional value through its all-inclusive lighting package sound system and rustic wooden tables already included in the rental fees. You won't need to worry about those extra costs. King Street Orchard includes natural décor elements like hanging lanterns that significantly reduce your decoration expenses. Speakeasy on State offers valuable coordination services and ceremony-to-reception flip service with reliable vendor connections that save you time and stress during planning.

What Are the Most Popular Wedding Venues in Redlands?

The Mitten Building consistently ranks among favorites with its original factory elements including a restored freight elevator that adds character to your event. The Barton House welcomes couples with lush manicured lawns seasonal roses and California palm trees against mountain backdrops. You can accommodate up to 150 guests in this picture-perfect setting. Tennessee Gardens Event Center features butterfly gardens that add natural movement and beauty to your ceremony; imagine butterflies dancing around as you exchange vows.

What Should You Ask When Touring Redlands Wedding Venues?

Ask about setup timing allowances so you know exactly when your vendors can arrive. You'll want to identify power source locations for outdoor spaces to avoid last-minute scrambling. If you're considering garden venues inquire about seasonal flower schedules to time your wedding with peak blooms. Confirm parking capacity and overflow arrangements especially at historic properties where space might be limited. You should also discuss noise ordinance restrictions as many Redlands venues enforce sound limitations after 10pm that could affect your reception timeline.

How Far in Advance Should You Book Your Redlands Venue?

December sees peak inquiry volume with couples typically securing their venues about 14 months or 426 days before their wedding date. You'll find spring weddings in orange grove venues book earliest often requiring reservations far in advance to capture that magical blossom season. Starting your venue search early gives you the best chance at securing your preferred date and location especially if you're dreaming of a weekend celebration during peak season.

What Services Impact Your Redlands Wedding Budget Most?

Your floral design will run approximately $7,430 accounting for 13% while bar services average $6,484 or 11% of your budget. Photography planning and videography each take about 7-8% of your total investment while entertainment hair and makeup and desserts represent smaller but still important portions. Understanding these percentages helps you allocate your budget effectively from the start.
