I offer a completely affordable service, due to that I have only been planning weddings for 1 year and am building my portfolio! I’m so excited to help you get planning. My day of coordination will help your day run smoothly!

A weight off our shoulders!
Kayla helped us with everything we needed- from finding a venue not super expensive (but also not tacky) to the day of wedding timeline. I especially love the day of wedding resources she sent that I was able to make into my own day of wedding binder. It made everything run so smoothly! She constantly checked in with us, and reminded me of things that needed to be done each week and sent over options like the hair stylists in my area, and catering. Love it!

Incredible wedding planner
Kayla is awesome! She really offered affordable prices and added so much value to my wedding. She gave us a plan that was easy to follow, and checked up with us constantly and always had resources to send over no matter what step I was on. She sent over venue options I had never seen and listened to what we wanted. I went from being overwhelmed to being excited. Value far exceeded the fees (which was 1/10th of the traditional options around us)

I am attention oriented and creative when it comes to day of coordination. I am an extra pair of hands in the craziness of your wedding day, an excellent decorator, and a calm voice of reason during the timeline of the day of the event! I have incredible software for us to use together to make sure everything gets done and I can help us focus on the main thing at the end of the day- having a wonderful celebration

After you complete your new client intake form I start to make a personalized wedding plan for you, with everything you should complete each week leading up to your wedding. I send reminders to keep you on track and send resources at that time for the tasks, that way you aren’t overwhelmed with everything in the beginning.

I can provide as much assistance as you’d like! Each weeks we will have tasks to complete based on your personal calendaer, you’ll receive checkup emails and resources to help you finish them! This week it might be time to find a venue. Need help finding one? Ill send over comparison options Next week it might be time to make your gift registry- you’ll receive a list of options Need help finding wedding dresses? we will send over local options! Stuck on affordable catering? We can help you go over the options. You name it, we can help you plan it!

The prices are based on the type of service, how much guests, and how far out it is. I will work with budgets for clients that are working with small budgets!

Yes! I can help you find venues, write timelines, choose decorations, outfit options, and make invites

Yes! I offer day of wedding coordination to clients located in Southern California. There is a travel fee for weddings above Temecula, and east of Julian.
