Welcome to R&R Collective! We are a group of women here to make your wedding preparations easier, more affordable, and as magical as you’ve always dreamed! We are a one-stop shop for your coordination, decor, bartending, and photography needs for your day! Whether you’re a DIY bride or not sure where to start, let us hold your hand and guide you through the process! Introductions to our team are on their way!

We have all worked different aspects of the wedding industry and have seen where other vendors lack. We hope to be the one stop shop for all your wedding needs. We are all working under one umbrella, no need to hire 3 different vendors to complete one task. We will work with our team so everything goes off without a hitch!

Best wedding coordinators!
I am a mobile bar owner and recently worked a wedding with Robyn and Kaitie! I absolutely loved working along side them. They were both professional and warm, it felt like we have known each other for years. They were so organized, and you could tell they really cared about the couple. I'm so excited to work with them again! You would be in great hands working with R&R Collective!

We are so so so happy with the work that Robyn and Katie did with R&R Collective wedding month-long coordination. They were so incredibly kind, comforting, helpful, and communicative. They went absolutely above and beyond with the work they did, going out of their way to accommodate any changing plans and to get us what we needed. They thought of every little thing, even things we never could have imagined we needed. They were super fast and practice with setup. They kept us on track throughout our entire wedding day with their timeline. They communicated effectively with all our vendors. They were super responsive. They were extremely reasonable with prices of different services and even picked up our decorations from our house. Everything they did was spot on. Robyn was so nice, she felt like our friend by the end of our wedding. She is also a fire fighter so she is very good at crisis management. We are so so so happy.

Robyn and her team deserve so much love, they made our wedding absolutely the most perfect day and night ever. So attentive, proactive, caring, and overall just amazing. If you aren’t hiring her for your wedding, you are missing out and going to regret. She’s the best!

We had the pleasure of working with Robyn and Katie as our day-of coordinators, and they were fantastic! They were organized, attentive, and professional, all while being friendly, calm, and easy to work with - the perfect combination for one of the most stressful days of your life! Even before the wedding, Robyn & Katie helped out immensely with a solid kick off call to get the ground running, hair dresser recommendations, and handling any last minute items that popped up week-of with the vendors. Our venue was historic and required specific insurance requirements that R&R Collective was proactive in making sure they met. On our wedding day, they handled set-up and take-down flawlessly, and kept our vendors and timeline on track while still allowing us the space and flexibility to adjust for any last-minute desires. They were attentive to our own and our guests’ comfort and checked in with us just the right amount, helping create the beautiful, relaxed atmosphere we always envisioned for our wedding. :) Pictured: us cutting the cake — with some much-appreciated, on-the-fly coaching from R&R to make sure we got the perfect shot.

R&R Collective was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the beginning, they were easy to talk to and very engaging, ensuring we were all on the same page about our vision. Their communication was cohesive, and they were incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, planning for all the little things that made our day so special. R&R Collective truly brought my vision to life - I showed them all the materials I had purchased, and they went to work, almost as if they had stepped into my brain and brought out everything I had imagined and more! They are such an amazing team that worked seamlessly together, overcoming any little hiccups with ease. I can't thank them enough for being there on our special day and making everything go so smoothly.
