I make it my mission to ensure my brides are EMPOWERED to create the wedding of THEIR dreams! So what does a wedding planner do? Consider me your wedding day muscles!! From the first consultation to the final send-off, I will be there every step of the way to ensure a flawless and stress-free experience so you can live your DREAM day. ✨ When I am not planning a dream wedding or an awesome event, you can find me at the pool, the beach, the gym or hunting Tic Tock for the best San Diego eats!

It is my mission to ensure that you and your families have an event to remember. I truly consider it an honor to serve couples and make their event custom and special to them. I love meeting new clients and learning what makes them comfortable, excited and create a wedding that makes their dreams come to life. Book without hesitation!
Words cannot describe how happy I am that I went with Stephany and her team for our wedding!! From the very first time we talked, I already felt so connected and comfortable with her and she put me at ease right away. Planning a wedding is extremely stressful, but with Stephany, she takes all the stress away so that you can truly sit back and enjoy the experience! She has an amazing eye for design and will make any of your wedding day dreams come true and will overcome any sort of hurdle! She has the best personality and best team, and I truly am so so thankful for the ForEvermore team being part of our special day. On our wedding day, I did not have to worry about A THING, Stephany made sure everything was going the way it was supposed to and was running our day with such ease and made sure me and my husband had everything we needed. I am truly so so grateful for my time with her and will never forget the experience we had 3

Where do I even begin?! Stephany was a true pleasure to work with in the months leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her! From our very first discovery call, I immediately trusted her expertise and she 100% fit the vibe check :) She made my husband and I feel so comfortable since day 1. Whenever I had questions or struggled with deciding on certain things, Stephany stepped in to offer me different perspectives based on her years of experience. She was always extremely patient with me too! I had sooo many ideas that I wanted to bring to life and Stephany executed every single one of them. She was so easy to communicate with and I never had to follow up on things with her because she was always quick to reply! THE MOST AMAZING COORDINATOR
If you’re wondering whether hiring a wedding coordinator is worth it, let me save you the time: hire Forevermore Weddings. It was, without question, one of the best investments we made for our wedding. Erika was an absolute blessing, and I genuinely cannot imagine our wedding day without her. She is the kind of person every couple hopes to have by their side - calm, organized, kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and somehow always one step ahead. Throughout the planning process, Erika became so much more than a coordinator. She was our guide, our sounding board, and our voice of reason. She regularly checked in with us, answered every question, kept us focused on the details that truly mattered, and even helped us make thoughtful financial decisions when it came to where to invest our budget. At no point did we ever feel like we were navigating the planning process alone. On our wedding day, Erika was absolutely incredible. She checked in with both the bridal party and the groomsmen throughout the day, making sure everyone knew where they needed to be and that everything was running smoothly. She coordinated every vendor, managed the timeline flawlessly, and handled countless details behind the scenes that we’ll probably never even know about. The greatest compliment I can give her is this: as far as we know, not a single issue arose on our wedding day. Whether there were challenges behind the scenes or not, we never felt them. Our timeline unfolded exactly as planned, every transition felt seamless, and we were able to be completely present with our family and friends instead of worrying about logistics. That kind of peace of mind is truly priceless, and it’s entirely because of Erika. Beyond how exceptional she is at her job, Erika is simply an incredible person. She is warm, genuine, compassionate, and so deeply invested in her couples. By the end of the planning process, she felt like a friend rather than just our coordinator, and saying goodbye at the end of the night was honestly emotional. Looking back, I can confidently say she was worth every single penny - and if I’m being completely honest, knowing what I know now, I would have paid even more. The gift of being able to fully enjoy your wedding day without worrying about a single detail is something you simply can’t put a price on. We’re so happy we booked ForEvermore Weddings by Stephany as our wedding planner! Stephany and Erika are amazing, attentive, organized and so sweet! We booked the day-of coordination package and a design consultation, where they helped with planning 60 days out from our wedding day — which included communicating with vendors, discussing our decor and design, and helping us on our wedding day. Stephany and Erika truly came through and helped us with whatever we needed! We felt less stressed and more relaxed on our wedding day because of them. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with!

Wonderful Experience- 10000/10!
Working with Stephany and Erika with Forevermore was such a wonderful experience and I am so so beyond happy that we went with them to help keep our day organized and on track. In terms of planning: We got married at Monserate Winery and they knew the venue and everything relating to it like the back of their hand. This eased so much stress for us. From the very start of our meetings with them I felt taken care of and a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Scheduling meetings was easy and they were always able to answer my questions. They were in contact with all of our vendors and made sure everyone else had what they needed. Truly the months leading up to the wedding I was able to focus on other items and felt like their team was on track and taking care of everything they needed to! Wedding Day: I had not a single ounce of stress day of. Erika and Stephany took care of anything and everything. They always had a beverage ready for me/my husband, kept the timeline completely on track, and were able to take care of anything we needed spur of the moment. They set up all my decor exactly as I was hoping and everything looked so beautiful. Things could not have gone more smoothly. People always say something will go wrong day of but genuinely if anything did, I didn't know about it and Stephany and Erika took care of it. I would recommend everybody to pick Stephany and her team to help plan their day, I cannot suggest them enough! 1000000/10. Everyone in our bridal party/guests thought they were so lovely to work with as well. Thank you Forevermore Team!
