Highly Recommend!!
We chose Meilani Weddings to plan our wedding and couldn't be happier with our decision!! From day one, Stacy answered every question we had right away and made us feel heard throughout the whole process. On our wedding day, she handled all the decor setup and coordinated with our other vendors so we didn't have to stress about any of the details. Stacy was easy to work with and genuinely cared about making our day special.

Dream Disney Coordinator!
We hired Stacy very last minute and were on the fence about hiring her because we didn't have a lot for her to do as a planner but for peace of mind, we scheduled one call with her and were 100% sold. We had so many "little details" that we didn't want to get lost in translation or have to worry about. We also didn't want to depend on our bridal party or family members to help out because just like us, we wanted them to enjoy the day too. Stacy took care of everything and then some, even stopping to make sure we had our signature drinks and that we got to eat our appetizers. She went as far as making sure we got our wedding cake packaged up for later. She is so thoughtful and thorough. She also has a creative flair. We gave her complete authority with design and she made all of our personal items look even better than we imagined. We got married at the Wedding Pavilion and had our cocktail hour and reception at Italy Isola in Epcot. With all of the moving parts, Stacy was amazing making sure all of our personal items were where they should be and packed everything up at the end of the night. She worked well with the Disney Team and hiring her was one of the best decisions. We had a completely stress free wedding experience. Stacy with Meilani Weddings is the ultimate Disney coordinator!

Hakuna Matata - The most AMAZING Disney Planner!
Stacy was absolutely AMAZING throughout our Walt Disney World wedding experience! She took care of all our personal decor details and brought our vision to life in a way that felt seamless and stress free. She collaborated effortlessly with our other vendors. We never once had to worry about things coming together behind the scenes. As a wedding vendor myself and living out of state, I was extremely picky when selecting a planner. Stacy has a light about her. She’s calm, kind, and thoughtful. She checked in on us constantly and anticipated needs which helped us. Together with our Disney Team, everything just ran so smoothly. She was an integral part of making our Disney wedding feel truly magical. If you’re getting married at Disney, Stacy should be the ONLY consideration. I put “Hakuna Matata” in my title because it means “no worries for the rest of your days,” and that’s a promise I know Stacy can deliver on your wedding day. Between her passion for weddings and her love for Disney, she will treat your day like her own. We owe her all of our gratitude. I can say so much more about our experience but I’ll leave it with saying she is INCREDIBLE. Thank you, Stacy!!!

I had so much fun working with Meilani Weddings at a Disneyland wedding! I was there creating content and helping with décor, and getting to see everything behind the scenes made me appreciate even more how much work goes into making a wedding day feel effortless. She was so organized, calm, and on top of every little detail. Even at Disneyland, where there’s so much to coordinate, she made the whole day run so smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her couples and wants them to be fully present and enjoy every moment. As another wedding vendor, I loved how easy she was to work with. She communicated everything clearly, created such a positive environment, and made sure everyone had what they needed. I would absolutely love to work another wedding with Meilani Weddings and would recommend her to any couple looking for someone who will truly take care of them on their wedding day!

Best wedding coordinator ever!!!!!!!
Working with Stacy was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond on our wedding day—when our 1-year-old son got cranky during the processional, she stepped in, took care of him, and fed him so our family could walk down the aisle without any stress. She did so much more than we could have ever asked for, and her work was truly on point. We honestly cannot be thankful enough for everything she did to make our day special. If you're looking for a wedding planner who actually cares and shows up for you, Stacy is your person.
