Book Courtney Now!!
Courtney was a godsend throughout our entire wedding weekend and during all the preparation leading up to it. I was a little stressed about hiring a day-of coordinator, but she went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. From selecting vendors, setting up and moving décor, to even bustling my dress (no easy task with a ballgown on the beach!), she truly did it all. She made our wedding absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. Not only is she incredible at her job, but she also has such a great personality. She handled so many different personalities and an insane number of moving pieces with total grace. She even met us with our specialty drinks at multiple stressful moments throughout the day—which was very much appreciated! At the end of the night, she also helped bring everything back to our rooms so we could keep celebrating without worrying about anything. If you’re planning a wedding, book Courtney—you absolutely need her! Thank you so, so much for everything, Courtney!

If you do one thing for your wedding, hire Courtney! She was the very first vendor we booked after choosing our venue—and easily one of the best decisions we made. Courtney is incredible: kind, calming, and truly a “yes” person who puts you at ease during both the planning process and the high-energy emotions of your wedding day. She was always just a quick email away—super responsive, helpful, and full of great advice whenever we needed it. On the day of our wedding, she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly, allowing us and our guests to fully relax and enjoy every moment. She also made sure we were taken care of throughout the day—fed, hydrated, and yes, even with a drink in hand when we needed it! One of the most special touches was that she captured behind-the-scenes photos and videos, giving us a glimpse into moments we otherwise would have missed before our professional photos were ready. If you are reading this considering a wedding coordinator, congratulations because you have just come across the ultimate jackpot. From the very beginning Courtney was there for our every question, concern, and worry. There was nothing we could throw at her that would throw her off. Months away and have a million questions on what needs to get done and what you need to do? Courtney has answers for everything Need vendor recommendations? Courtney has an AMAZING network. Need help keeping the communication from you to the vendors and to the venue straight? With Courtney cc'd on everything, nothing slips through the cracks. Need something picked up the DAY OF your wedding? Courtney handled it and didn't let us stress at all. Day of changes to your wedding timeline? One word to courtney and everything is handled. I could go on forever about how game-changing Courtney was, but the biggest thing was how easy she made the big day. We had to think about NOTHING but enjoying every moment. She kept the night moving, had us be where we needed to be, brought us drinks and food, and did it all with the biggest smile. Don't hesitate for a moment to hire Courtney to coordinate your wedding.

Dream Team!
Courtney and Heather are an absolute dream team! Courtney is so knowledgeable, experienced, and organized. Her communication is timely and she makes herself available to answer any questions we had, no matter how insignificant they seemed. Her enthusiasm helped keep us excited, even through the exhaustion, stress, and decision-fatigue that comes with wedding planning, and she had great recommendations to help guide us throughout the process. Courtney made us feel genuinely cared for and was the reason we could show up to our wedding feeling calm, happy, and able to fully enjoy the special day. Heather made our vision for a wintery wedding come to life in the most amazing way. She is incredibly creative and her passion for her art shines through. My wedding bouquet brought tears to my eyes, and our guests told us repeatedly how gorgeous everything was. I cannot recommend Breezy Day enough!
