If you are looking for the best wedding coordinator in San Diego, then choose Courtney! We partnered with her for our wedding at The Thursday Club, and we could not be happier with her work and efforts! She made the day an absolute breeze by being seamless, attentive, thoughtful, and organized. From the moment we started working with her, her communication was top-notch! She was incredibly responsive and her responses were always so thorough and thoughtful. She had phenomenal vendor recommendations and provided awesome ideas to incorporate for the wedding. Since she specializes with The Thursday Club, she knew the in's and out's of how to navigate and make use of the venue, helping us envision the big day and plan accordingly. She was stellar during the rehearsal day, making us all feel welcomed and guiding us through the day. On the wedding day, she was so attentive to us, making sure we had drinks and food, and updating us on schedule and vendor updates. She also set up decorations so well, better than I had envisioned, and she was so patient and thoughtful of my guests and vendors alike, checking in on every single person. At the end of the wedding day, she quietly packed everything back up and helped store it away, taking away the headache of clean-up. She really made the day so special and we could not thank her enough. PLUS, she even took candid shots of us and made the cutest Instagram post (photos and videos). So thoughtful!

Wedding experience
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Courtney & Heather from Breezy Day Weddings. Courtney was absolutely amazing! She has such a happy, positive, and vibrant personality. She went above and beyond to help throughout the entire planning process; she offered great vendor recommendations and was always available to answer our questions. On our wedding day, everything ran so smoothly, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment without any stress. Courtney even kept us hydrated, brought us drinks/appetizers, and had our dinner ready for us, making sure we were taken care of the whole time. She even captured beautiful behind-the-scenes photos and videos that we will treasure forever. We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator and highly recommend her to any couple looking for someone who truly cares and goes the extra mile! Heather was also wonderful to work with! She was knowledgeable, thorough, always kind and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process. We appreciated that she shared photos of the different flower options as well as table decor she provides (candles, lamps, tea lights etc). When I saw the flowers on our wedding day, I was in awe—they were absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Heather for any event that needs beautiful, high-quality florals!

The BEST wedding help
Courtney is one of those people who is literally a breath of fresh air. She was so helpful and encouraging throughout our wedding process and especially on our big day. She truly helped bring our hearts and mind at ease which is priceless. I appreciate her enthusiasm and commitment to making our wedding the absolute best possible. She was not pushy and helped to make our day exactly what we dreamed of. Whenever we needed help, she was there no matter what which is huge on the wedding day. A day of coordinator is not something I was interested in initially but I am so thankful that I hired her because she made our day truly magical thanks to her genuine love of her job. If you are looking to relieve the stress of a wedding and make your day truly incredible, I highly recommend hiring Courtney!

Put your mind at ease and book Breezy Day!
If you are wondering if you need a wedding coordinator, the answer is that you *need* Breezy Day! Courtney was highly recommended to us by our venue manager and my husband and I are so happy we got to work with Breezy Day. Courtney has a way of helping you through every part of the process. She is an expert with so many resources and recommendations to share. My whole family was so grateful for Courtney's hard work and magic. Not only that, but Heather delivered florals beyond my wildest DREAMS! I'm not much into flowers on a regular basis but these brought me to tears right away. They were so beautiful and completely exceeded my vision for the day. I am so happy that Courtney and Heather were helping me though it all. I can't imagine the wedding without them.

Courtney was a godsend throughout our entire wedding weekend and during all the preparation leading up to it. I was a little stressed about hiring a day-of coordinator, but she went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. From selecting vendors, setting up and moving décor, to even bustling my dress (no easy task with a ballgown on the beach!), she truly did it all. She made our wedding absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. Not only is she incredible at her job, but she also has such a great personality. She handled so many different personalities and an insane number of moving pieces with total grace. She even met us with our specialty drinks at multiple stressful moments throughout the day—which was very much appreciated! At the end of the night, she also helped bring everything back to our rooms so we could keep celebrating without worrying about anything. If you’re planning a wedding, book Courtney—you absolutely need her! Thank you so, so much for everything, Courtney!
