6 month coordination brings your wedding vision to life, managing logistics, and reducing the stress associated with planning a wedding. This service will focus on the final preparations and management of your wedding day itself.

This 3-month coordination is a valuable service for couples who have completed most of their wedding planning but want a professional coordinator to step in and ensure a seamless execution in the final months leading up to the big day.

Month-of wedding coordination (6 weeks) is ideal for couples who have planned most of their wedding but want a professional to step in during the last month to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the actual day. It allows you relax and enjoy your wedding while the coordinator manages the logistics and details.

    Lily is the best

    Lily was the best wedding planner we could have asked for. We were absolutely overloaded with work and questions and problems and Lily took care of so much it's hard to even put it all down. She met with us and gave us pointers well before her contract started and once the time began she met with us every week and helped us every step of the way. She gave us tons of vendor options, talked to every single one of them for us, and did so much work that we didn't have to worry about anything except ourselves. Her team was equally fantastic. They helped with setup and design and checked in with us all the time during the day of the wedding. They all truly went above and beyond. Lily helped us tremendously even through pregnancy and giving birth! And her assistants did so much to help when the bride got sick on the day of the wedding. We really could not have asked for anyone better. We are so grateful.

    Highly recommend booking with Lily!

    Lily was absolutely amazing to work with! During our consultation meeting, we knew we wanted to work with Lily due to her warm and positive attitude. The 10 weeks leading up to our wedding, Lily was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. She answered our questions at 10pm and went out of her way to support us. With having a baby days before our wedding, she prepared her team to support us with no issues. Highly recommend booking with Lily!!

    The Best Partial Planning Coordinator Ever

    Lily is an actual god among men!! The wedding wouldn't have happened without her. She was amazing throughout the entire process and stayed planning with me throughout her pregnancy. Lily is detail oriented, hard working, thoughtful, and inspiring. She understands the ins and outs of this industry so well and can manage any issue on the fly. When she found out she'd be 8 months pregnant on my wedding day, she provided a superhero lineup of a team. We had a fantastic day of coordinator (Krista) and the best ever coordinating assistant, Ellie, who literally sewed my dress 10 minutes before I walked down the aisle, changed me into my reception outfit, and gave me a carrot out of her own lunch box (you really don't eat on your wedding day). The wedding went so smoothly and it wouldn't have gone that way without the help of Lily and her team. She even showed up just to say hi to me on the day! Thank you Lily and Slay Events for giving us the best day ever. We'll hire you for the vow renewal in ten years ;)

    The Heart Behind Our Perfect Day

    Lily was more than just our wedding planner, she was the person who poured into our day, who cared about us, and who made the entire experience so special. Through all the planning-- she became part of our story. Lily was everything we could have asked for in a wedding planner and more! She made the entire planning process feel smooth & stress-free-- always going above & beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. On the wedding day, she handled everything so seamlessly that we were able to truly be present & enjoy every moment. She is not only incredibly organized & talented, but also so kind, patient, and genuine. You can tell she truly cares about her couples.
