This 3-month coordination is a valuable service for couples who have completed most of their wedding planning but want a professional coordinator to step in and ensure a seamless execution in the final months leading up to the big day.

Month-of wedding coordination (6 weeks) is ideal for couples who have planned most of their wedding but want a professional to step in during the last month to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the actual day. It allows you relax and enjoy your wedding while the coordinator manages the logistics and details.

Throughout our two-year engagement, Slay Events guided us seamlessly through the entire destination wedding planning process. Lily was incredibly attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. Because of her, our wedding day unfolded flawlessly.     If we could give more stars we would, Lily ABSOLUTELY deserves it. She was perfect as our wedding coordinator! Even before we officially hired her, she offered to meet me at the venue while I was visiting from out of state, which immediately showed her thoughtfulness and dedication. Her genuineness is what made me confident she was the right person for the job. Before her services officially started, she was always available to answer questions and offer guidance. We purchased the Champagne Package that included 6 weeks of weekly one-on-one meets. She made the meetings fun and something I genuinely looked forward to — thanks to her, I felt excited about the wedding rather than stressed! When she knew she would be unavailable during trip that overlapped with her scheduled service start time, she proactively started her services early to make sure everything was covered — such an incredible level of professionalism and care. Lily made the entire planning process feel seamless and joyful. Her energy, organization, and support on the wedding day were unmatched, and I truly couldn’t have imagined a better coordinator. She made everything feel effortless, fun, and memorable, and we are so grateful for her! Can't recommend her enough!!!

    Working with Lily from Slay Events at Julep Venue was a seamless and genuinely positive experience. This was our first time partnering with her, and she impressed us from start to finish. Her communication throughout the planning process was consistently clear, timely, and organized—qualities that made collaboration smooth and stress-free. She also ensured all necessary venue paperwork (signatures, insurance, etc.) was submitted according to our requirements and well in advance, which made preparations much easier on our end. On the wedding day—which included both a ceremony and a full room flip for the reception—Lily and her team managed everything with confidence and professionalism. She kept the timeline on track and handled details behind the scenes with ease. Her calm, capable presence allowed the couple (and our team) to feel at ease.
