6 month coordination brings your wedding vision to life, managing logistics, and reducing the stress associated with planning a wedding. This service will focus on the final preparations and management of your wedding day itself.

This 3-month coordination is a valuable service for couples who have completed most of their wedding planning but want a professional coordinator to step in and ensure a seamless execution in the final months leading up to the big day.

Month-of wedding coordination (6 weeks) is ideal for couples who have planned most of their wedding but want a professional to step in during the last month to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the actual day. It allows you relax and enjoy your wedding while the coordinator manages the logistics and details.

    Lily was more than just our wedding planner, she was the person who poured into our day, who cared about us, and who made the entire experience so special. Through all the planning-- she became part of our story. Lily was everything we could have asked for in a wedding planner and more! She made the entire planning process feel smooth & stress-free-- always going above & beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. On the wedding day, she handled everything so seamlessly that we were able to truly be present & enjoy every moment. She is not only incredibly organized & talented, but also so kind, patient, and genuine. You can tell she truly cares about her couples. We are grateful for her & couldn't imagine our perfect wedding day without her. Thank you, Lily for the greatest "Super Bowl" of all time!

    Where do we even begin with Lily? From our first meeting to our wedding day and everything in between, our experience with Slay Events was truly seamless. The attention to detail throughout was exceptional and did not go unnoticed. The intentionality and care she put into every aspect of the planning process was unmatched. We could not have been happier with our decision to choose Slay Events to team up with for our wedding. Every detail was perfectly executed and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy our day without a single worry.     Lily was absolutely amazing. She caught our vision for the wedding and set everything up perfectly, even better than I had imagined! We had our wedding at the Monserate Winery, 2 weeks ago and it was such a fun day. Lily handled all the logistics, timing, details, vendors and probably so much more. The day flowed so smoothly and we got to enjoy the day, because Lily handled everything. We tried to stay within our budget, meaning a lot of DIYs and bringing in our own decor. Lily setup and packed everything!! It came out so good, like my canva inspo came to life. It was really nice getting to know Lily during our planning months, she’s so bubbly, prepared, and it was like talking to a close friend. You won’t go wrong with Lily, I couldn’t imagine having our wedding without her. My husband and I keep talking about how she did such an amazing job at our wedding. 100/10 review

    Lily and her team were incredible from start to finish. We planned our wedding in 5 months & Lily dropped so much of our anxiousness. As a type A person, I thought I was extremely organized… wait until you meet Lily. She thinks of EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING. She is extremely thorough, attentive to all your wishes, questions, and stressors, and hardworking. I am such a stressed out person so planning a wedding was daunting. Lily made sure she was there every single step of the way. She responded promptly regardless of the time of day or time of the week. I’m sure Lily is working with a million other couples right now, but I seriously felt like the only one Lily was working with because she was that available for us. I actually cannot recommend Slay Events enough. My wedding would not have been the same without Lily and her team. I will recommend Slay Events & Lily for the rest of my life to everyone I know. Everything from my wedding day was perfect, I didn’t stress about a single thing because Lily handled it all. If anything went wrong, I have no idea. It is the day after my wedding & I came here immediately to write this because I cannot emphasize enough IF YOU’RE SEEING THIS BOOK!!!!!!!!!!
