“I We LOVED working with Stacey and can’t say enough good things about her. We got her month of day of package, but she began checking in with us starting a whole year prior to our wedding! After our wedding day my husband said that getting Stacey was the best money we ever spent on our wedding.
Stacey is so friendly, I truly looked forward to our calls with her! She really makes you feel like she is your friend and that she is truly invested in the success of your day. She totally guided me through our tablescape (a word I’d literally never heard before she mentioned it to me) and was able to provide me with contacts for rentals for napkins, chargers, and the beautiful ceremony arch we had. She also recommended our awesome dj, she said he could read the room and play music to keep people out dancing, and she was absolutely correct!
It really feels like Stacey cares about your day being beautiful and put together just as much as you do, which is a rare thing. For instance, once I began scheming on my tablescape, I fell in love with the idea of having monstera leaf place cards. However, this ended up being more difficult than I had anticipated with a lot of coordination required between the florist and calligrapher, to the point where I decided it was just going to be too difficult and I was going to scrap the whole idea. But Stacey to the rescue, she exclaimed that it was “too cute not to do!” and she made it happen!
We also can without reservation recommend Stacey for weddings at the Safari Park. There are a lot of moving parts there as it is a zoo and not just a wedding venue, and there is very limited setup time available. Stacey was able to assist in guiding all our vendors, and she and her assistant beautifully placed all our decorations (welcome table, place settings, etc) which would have been impossible for us to do ourselves, as we had to do our first look prior to the ceremony so we could attend our cocktail hour animal encounter.
Stacey was also invaluable both in helping us devise our timeline, and ensuring we stuck to it throughout our day. My maid of honor and my mom both had amazing things to say about Stacey after our wedding day, saying she was constantly moving around and making sure everything went off without a hitch. We as the wedding couple honestly hardly enough noticed all her movement on our day, as she had everything so well in hand that we were able to completely relax, enjoy, and be present in our day.
