Hi! I am Clemence the face behind The Perfect Pair Wedding :) I am born & raised in France, in the city of love Paris. During college I got the chance to do a semester abroad in San Diego, and met this really special, handsome, American guy... You see it coming? YES! After 3 years of long distance relationship, I finally married the love of my life. A little bit about The Perfect Pair Wedding... it is a San Diego based Wedding planning company, we plan & design weddings all over Southern California to bring to life our Perfect Pair's dreams.

WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO? For the look of the groom's face when he sees his bride walking down the aisle. For the first dance, the parents dances, and the sweet touching toasts their relatives give (Yes, EVERYTIME, it tears me up). For the sparkle in my couples eyes, when seeing the final result after MONTHS of planning and dreaming about this moment. The happiness and the joy that emerges from my couples weddings, are my reason for working. All these precious moments are the reason I am a Wedding Planner, because I literally couldn’t and wouldn’t even dream of being anything else. I CANNOT wait to meet you & have you as my next Perfect Pair!

Description	For the busy couple who would like expert guidance from the start to finish.	For the couple that needs expert guidance with planning their wedding but would like to be more involved with the details of vendor communication and contracting. We will help with key components such as overall design direction, personalized vendor recommendations, budget guidance, and questions along the way.	For the couple that just need help with the design process. We source and manage the design vendors for you (rentals, florist, lighting, signage). Additional costs involved for vendor management on day of.	For the couple who has done all the wedding planning, but wants to be able to relax and enjoy every moment of their big day. Our assistance begins one to three months prior to the wedding date, and includes the creation of day-of itinerary and diagrams, as well as a site walkthrough to review the layout and all associated details.

Clémence and her day-of team were AMAZING! They helped my fiancé and I plan our wedding long distance, acting as our hands and feet in SD. She was kind, professional, communicative and was willing to have difficult conversations (on our behalf) with our vendors when problems arose. She made our big day go seamlessly and we were stress-free through the whole process. I highly recommend The Perfect Pair Wedding for planning and cannot sing their praises enough!

My partner and I worked with Clemence through her Wedding Management package for our wedding last year. We knew that we were in good hands from our calls and emails with her throughout the whole process. Clemence is very organized and has a sharp eye for detail. Her experience with wedding coordination helped us iron everything out all of the details, like making suggestions to our day-of timeline to fit everything in and making sure all of the items needed for the wedding are accounted for. A couple days before our wedding, we had a cake emergency as our wedding cake vendor fell through unexpectedly. We contacted Clemence and within the hour we had a quote and cake order set up! On the day-of, Clemence and her assistant did a great job handling the vendors and logistics of everything. They were everywhere and nowhere at the same time. All my partner and I had to do was follow Clemence’s or the photographer’s directions, make it through our vows without crying too much, sign the marriage certificate within the lines, and enjoy the moment. We couldn’t be happier with our wedding and thank you to The Perfect Pair for helping it be so memorable!

We are based in San Diego county, and serve Southern California mainly. We also plan destination weddings in France!

The best time is now! Why? This gives us time to dive into your vision and evaluate all the locations, venues, and places that best fit your vision and budget. You don't have to wait until you know where you want to get married. It's absolutely part of the journey and we love to be a part of it!

As much as you need! We have unlimited email/call with our clients (within reasonable time) to ensure you feel supported and we take the stress away from you. For the planning part you can expect to have an initial planning meeting, a first planning meeting, a design meeting, and then monthly (sometimes weekly) check-up. Towards the end you can expect a final walk-through and timeline meeting. Then of course a rehearsal for you & your wedding party! Timing really depends on the couples needs, but this is what you can expect when working with us :)

We do not offer "day-off coordination". Indeed, there is a lot to do before your big day! We need to get in touch with all your vendors, checks all the logistic details that you won't think about, create a realistic and optimum timeline, know your venue and create the perfect layout for your event... and more! For this reason, we do not offer any day-of coordination packages.
