I started my career in the corporate world, taking on various roles in marketing, event planning, project management and business operations. Creating MHE is my way of combining all those experiences into one job that I’m truly passionate about. I love every part of the planning process, from the tiniest details to the biggest moments. My goal is to bring your vision to life and create unforgettable memories that reflect your unique love story.

We’ll create a cohesive, personalized celebration, finalize the details, and keep everything on track so your day feels seamless and truly yours.	For couples who’ve started planning but want support. You choose 3 vendors to focus on—I’ll guide selections, offer recommendations, attend meetings, and manage communication. For the rest, I’ll step in about 6 weeks out to tie up loose ends and finalize logistics, giving you confidence while keeping flexibility.	For the couple who’s handled the planning but wants a professional to bring it all together. I step in about 3 months out to help finalize logistics, confirm details with your vendor team, and build a clear, cohesive timeline for the day. From managing communication to running the show, I’m here to make sure everything stays on track—so you can enjoy your day without a worry.

Meagan and her team are a NECESSITY
She was essential to making our wedding the most beautiful and seamless day. Just from a few initial conversations and our hectic pinterest board of ideas, she understood and became aligned with our vision. Seeing it come to life brought me to tears as soon as I arrived at the venue. Every piece of her guidance had a point and purpose and brought up decisions we would have never thought we would need to make while planning a wedding. From her incredibly in-depth check lists, her clear communication between us and our vendors, and her eye for design and execution, she will ensure your day is pure perfection.

Meagan’s Amazing Wedding Planning Services
Meagan is the BEST. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner! From the moment we started with her she was incredibly involved, organized, and knowledgeable, making the entire planning process feel so smooth. Meagan has great taste and an eye for design, she helped me bring my Pinterest vision to life in an even better way than I could have ever imagined! We felt guided every step of the way, always taking the time to explain options and help us make the best decisions for our vision. What really stood out was her positive attitude throughout the entire process and she was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our choices. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but she turned it into something we truly enjoyed. I’m forever grateful for everything she did. Best Wedding Planner
Hiring Meagan was our best and favorite decision we made! From the first call to the day of, she made the whole wedding planning process an ease. I honestly don’t think we would have survived without her. Meagan is extremely organized, professional, thoughtful and her attention to detail is like no other. We had envisioned having two long tables on the lawn at Scripps Seaside Forum and wow did she execute our vision (our guests still talk about it). With 180 guests, everything felt incredibly seamless the day of, and we received countless compliments from guests and family members on how beautifully she executed our day. We truly were able to be present with one another and stay so calm the day of the wedding and it was all because of her. We are so grateful for her! If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner please schedule your call with Meagan and I guarantee you will be happy and wanting to move forward with her. Dream Spring Wedding
Meagan was such a dream to work with! We hired her for partial planning after picking our venue, and at the time, I had barely any clue what I wanted the day to look like (I literally started with just 'spring'!). Meagan patiently guided us through the entire process, turned our vague ideas into a stunning reality, and executed the day flawlessly. My family kept commenting how relaxed I was on our wedding day, and I know it was because I could trust Meagan to handle everything. We are so thankful to have found her!
