You simply won’t find a planner who Ioves their job more than I do. I left the security of the corporate world many years ago to plan weddings, because I truly believe it’s what I was born to do. I brought the high-performance procedures with me but swapped the corporate lifestyle for one filled with immense purpose and boundless joy.     Fellow Event Vendor - LOVE Working With Them

    Bryce Gaston Events - Amazing!

    When the planner is in love with what she does!

    Bryce is one of those planners who makes you remember exactly why you love working in weddings. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Bryce from California Wedding Day Awards ceremony the very first week I moved to Southern California!!! But besides the awards and her strong presence in the industry, when working with her on an actual wedding you encounter this calm, organized, passionate and incredibly thoughtful woman who simply loves what she does! Last week's wedding at the Fairmont Grand Del mar, no detail was left unanswered. Her communication was clear, her organization was impeccable, and her eye for detail is truly unmatched. But what I appreciate most is how much she cares about the experience of the entire team, not just the big picture. One thing that especially stood out to me was how intentional she was about the music. Bryce took the time to really understand the couple’s music choices and vision and run it again with me before we started! That made such a difference, especially during the processional. Because we had communicated so thoroughly beforehand, everything flowed beautifully and effortlessly in the moment. There was simply no space for a hiccup! That level of preparation makes a musician’s job so much easier and ultimately makes the experience unforgettable for the couple. Bryce brings such a calm presence to a wedding day. You know that if she is there, the details are being handled, the timeline is being watched, and someone is always thinking three steps ahead. She is an absolute joy to work with, and I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to be part of her team! I look forward to many more beautiful weddings together!

    From juggling too much to enjoying planning

    Bryce’s wedding planning spreadsheet was hands down our most used resource all year. It told us exactly what we needed to do and when, kept our budget in check, coordinated with vendors, and even calculated alcohol amounts accurately. Literally anything you can think of and the things you didn’t.. it does. All our vendors kept telling us how organized we were. But literally I was just following what the little blue and grey boxes told me to do and when to do it. I even fell a little behind juggling so much with my job and I was still told we were ahead of the game. My fiancé, my parents, and I all used it, which made staying on the same page and self-planning easier. I tell everyone getting married to work with Bryce and if you can’t, get the dang spreadsheet. It’s the biggest no brainer ever. Your peace and presence throughout wedding planning is priceless. You’ll never get your engaged time back. It’s so precious! Enjoy it. Work with the best and that’s Bryce.
