Partial Planning is perfect for couples who want expert guidance while staying hands-on. We’ll work together using a shared planning dashboard to keep everything organized and on track. I’ll support you with vendor recommendations, design decisions, budgeting, and ongoing check-ins, then step in to manage every detail leading up to and on your wedding day.

Elopements and Micro Weddings are perfect for couples who want a more intimate, intentional celebration without sacrificing the details. From location selection to day-of coordination, I help bring your vision to life in a way that feels personal, seamless, and stress-free. Whether it’s just the two of you or a small group of your closest people, every detail is thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed.

Wedding Day Management is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding and want a smooth, stress-free day.     The best!

    Our day was perfect and so much of that was Katie’s help and insight! Weddings are overwhelming and she totally helped the planning process feel more manageable and thought of everything I wouldn’t have even considered. She’s the best!!

    Best Wedding Planner

    Katie was an awesome wedding planner who kept us on task when we needed to be. But also reassured us all would be perfect when the nerves began to hit us a few weeks out. She had the experience to know exactly how the timeline should be and was open to our preferences of course too. But her ideas were always spot on! She knows her industry and she had good recommendations for vendors and ideas to make our day special. Katie was the best vendor we hired because everything fell into place with her at the helm. I’d hire again for any event! She brought some magic to the day and honestly the whole process was more magical and full of good memories because we had Katie guiding us! If you’re looking for a good wedding or event planner in Southern California KB weddings and events in the best! So glad we found her!

    Katie was absolutely amazing as our wedding planner!
