Hey!! I'm Dani 👋 — a Lake Tahoe based wedding photographer who will happily hop on a plane for a good love story. I'm a Diet Coke enthusiast, a dog person to my core, chronically online, and the kind of person who will hype you up so hard you'll forget you were ever nervous. I care deeply about the people I work with and even more about making sure you actually get to ENJOY the day you spent a year planning. I've got the behind-the-scenes handled — you just show up and have the best day of your life.

Most photographers make you pick a lane — candid OR posed. I don't do that. I'm a fly-on-the-wall when the moment calls for it, catching the stuff you didn't even know was happening. And when you need direction? I've got you — "chin here, hand there, now just walk and don't think about it." Because no one actually knows what to do with their hands and pretending otherwise doesn't serve you. You get the whole picture. The real, unscripted stuff AND the intentional portraits that make you go DAMN. That's the whole point.

    Pure Magic from a Truly Talented Pro!

    I knew from the start that I wanted Dani to capture our special day, not just because we’ve been close friends since college, but because her artistic style and deep understanding of the wedding process are truly unmatched. She has an incredible gift for meeting you exactly where you are. Even for those of us who are typically camera shy, Dani made us feel so comfortable that the magic happened naturally. She captured moments with our closest family and friends that I never thought I’d be able to see, and the results are more beautiful than I could have imagined. Beyond her stunning photography, Dani is a true professional who handles the logistics and payment breakdowns with total clarity. On the day of the wedding, she was willing to do it all, from expertly handling my wedding dress bustle to busting moves on the dance floor! Having her second shooter, Jordan, there was also a huge plus to ensure that every single moment was documented from every angle.     Bay area wedding photos

    After doing an amazing job with our engagement photos in Lake Tahoe, we hired Dani to photograph our wedding in the bay area. The photos turned out stunning and they were all that we hoped for and more! Besides being an amazing photographer, Dani is a great person who is a joy to spend time with. She goes above and beyond, helping with vendor recommendations and providing wedding advice. We also woke up the morning after our wedding to some super early sneak peaks, which was so amazing to have some beautiful photos to share with people immediately and relive the moment. Do not hesitate to hire Dani, she's the best!

I’m a natural light photographer with a knack for capturing the candid moments! I don't often bring out my flash, but when I do it's usually during an indoor reception/nighttime. Warm light is my absolute jam; which is why you usually find me photographing at sunrise/sunset! One of my main goals is to make you feel super comfortable. After that, capturing all the things that make you, you is easy!
HECK YES I travel!! I love all things destination: weddings, elopements, engagements, you name it! All my packages include travel costs in them so the number you see when you get my price & info guide is the final cost! ​ Dream Locations: Moab, Zion, Arches National Park, Joshua Tree, Hawaii, Iceland, Scotland, Italy, I could go on forever! ​ No matter where we're headed, I will make sure to build any travel costs into your final package quote.
Now I don't like putting a cap on how many you get because usually there are SO MANY good ones! But here's a rough idea of how many you can expect: Portrait - roughly​ 75 images Couples/Engagement - 100-150 images Weddings/Elopements - this comes down to how long I'm celebrating your day. Ex. 8hr wedding = roughly 550-700 images
I'm currently booking out 9-12 months in advance for weddings/elopements! Summer & fall 2025 dates are going quickly!
Sometimes!! This totally depends on your package and if you've chosen a second photographer as an add-on :) I do my best to custom create a package based on what I think is needed to capture your day and what makes the most sense for your budget, so this may or may not include adding on a second photographer.
Engagements - sneaks within 48hrs, full gallery no later than 30 days post-session Weddings/Elopements - Super sneaks within 48hrs, main sneaks that include ALL family/wedding party photos and a buncha other sneaks from the day within 3 weeks of the wedding day, full gallery no later than 90 days post wedding date.
