For the romantic explorers who are planning their intimate wedding in California, I am a California-raised, golden-coast obsessed, documentary-style wedding photographer who can’t get enough of the beautiful outdoor venues this state has to offer. From ocean low to mountain high, my bags are packed and I’m on my way to capture your love story in the most beautiful place in the world.

The only wedding day experience that truly matters is the one experienced by the couple that is actually getting married (that’s you)!! This is YOUR origin story. Wedding photos should never take priority over relationships and special moments-which is why I have fallen in love with the behind-the-scenes approach that can only truly happen with artful story-telling aka documentary-style photography. I capture love stories through documentary-style photography so that every couple can look back and remember what their wedding day felt like. Remembering the beginning helps strengthen the middle and fully appreciate the end.

    I absolutely adore Kait and highly recommend her to any other bride out there looking for an amazing photographer. I had a simple and quick wedding ceremony and dinner. She captured my new husband and I, as well as the surrounding vibe and our guests. Our couples portraits are gorgeous! My only regret is that I can’t get married again so I can once again use Kait.     Kait was amazing. She’s communicates quickly and openly about what to expect, times, how to prep, etc. She makes you feel so comfortable while shooting. My husband and I had no problem being silly, romantic, sensual, etc. She gives amazing direction for how to pose and what to do, so you’re never standing around awkwardly. The photos and final edits are amazing and something we will keep forever. She gives you lots of final options and we were FREAKING OUT over how amazing the final product was. Definitely trust Kait with your memories.
