    Mother of the Bride

Caitlin was a joy to work with! She is kind, organized, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. Our daughter loved working with her during the final months of planning, and on the wedding day Caitlin flawlessly coordinated all the vendors and countless details behind the scenes. Everything ran so smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration. We are so grateful for her and highly recommend her!

    Best ever

Caitlin was absolutely wonderful to work with. As a photographer I have seen firsthand how a planner can make or break your day. She definitely made the day so smooth. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes and the day was perfect. As someone in the wedding industry I will say she is worth her weight in gold. I can’t wait to work with her again in the future. And couple will be so lucky to have her.

    Amazing to work with!

My hair and makeup team had the pleasure of working with Caitlin in August for a wedding at Red Rocks in Denver, and she was truly wonderful. She was incredibly organized, consistently communicative, and always on top of every detail. Even with changing service counts and timelines, she handled everything seamlessly. Caitlin was not only highly professional but also exceptionally kind, and I genuinely look forward to working with her again.

    Prompt and Organized

We loved working with Caitlin for Alysia’s September wedding and cannot say enough great things about her. She was incredibly prompt, organized, and so easy to communicate with which makes our job so much more stress free! Everything flowed smoothly in the planning all the way to the wedding day thanks to her thoughtful planning and positive energy, and our team truly enjoyed being part of it. We would be thrilled to work with her again and highly recommend her to any couple looking for a wonderful planner who keeps the day running beautifully!

    Fantastic Experience

We had the pleasure of working with Caitlin this fall, and she was truly wonderful to partner with. She was incredibly easy to work with, communicative throughout the entire planning process, and most importantly she fully respected our venue’s rules and policies. We always appreciate when planners understand the operational parameters we have to work within, and she navigated everything seamlessly. Her professionalism made the event run smoothly for everyone involved, and we would be thrilled to work with her again in the future. Highly recommend!

We offer Day‑of Coordination and Partial Wedding Planning. Day-of Coordination includes reviewing wedding planning, vendor confirmations and coordination, on‑site management of your wedding day timeline, setup oversight, ceremony / reception management, plus more. Partial Planning includes everything in the Day‑of Coordination package plus beginning planning work as soon as a contract is signed, unlimited correspondence for coordination, vendor selection support, budget guidance, design feedback, and regular planning check‑ins.
A day-of coordinator focuses on executing your existing plan: finalizing the timeline, managing vendors, overseeing setup, and running the ceremony and reception on the wedding day A wedding planner (or partial planner) is involved much earlier — helping with vendor selection, budget and timeline creation, design guidance, and regular planning check‑ins in the months leading up to the wedding.
You don’t have to hire one, but having at least a Day‑of Coordinator greatly increases the chances of your timeline running smoothly, vendors being managed and informed properly, and you don’t have to waste time handling logistics on your wedding day. Partial Planning adds months of assistance for vendor selection, timeline and budget setup, and design guidance—reducing stress and preventing costly mistakes. We recommend couples obtain at least Day-of Coordination in order to improve guest experience and so you can focus on enjoying your wedding day.
Yes, but hiring at least a Day‑of Coordinator is still recommended to manage the timeline, vendor communication, and on‑site logistics on the wedding day so you can enjoy the day.
No. A venue coordinator manages venue staff, facility rules, and venue‑specific logistics (vendor/guest questions about the venue, parking, etc.). They usually do not manage outside vendors, create or run your full timeline, handle vendor management, or act as your point person for guests.
Hire as early as possible. Day‑of Coordination starts ~3 months before the wedding. Partial Planning can begin as soon as you sign a contract, giving you several additional months of guidance—useful for securing vendors, shaping design, and avoiding last‑minute issues.
Yes. We provide design and decor guidance as part of Partial Planning—vendor recommendations, layout guidance, styling advice, etc. Day‑of Coordination implements your plan and manages on‑site setup, but is not a design service.
Pricing starts with the base fee for the package you choose and can increase based on event size or complexity (for example, more than 175 guests), travel distance (for example, travel over 1 hour from our local area), and extra on‑site hours beyond the included 12 hours.
Choose Between Yes and I Do for proven Front Range and Colorado mountain wedding experience, clear contracts and transparent pricing, strong vendor relationships (across Denver metro, Colorado Springs, and mountain venues throughout Colorado) calm on‑site execution that keeps your timeline on track, and personalized planning that reduces stress so you can enjoy the day.
Wedding insurance is recommended for all Colorado weddings. It can cover liability claims, vendor or vendor‑caused loss, and cancellation or postponement costs for covered reasons. Many venues require liability insurance, and it’s worth getting a policy if you have expensive vendors, a high guest count, or weather‑sensitive mountain logistics. Check your venue and vendor contracts for insurance requirements; we can help identify what to look for.
Yes. We carry general liability and professional liability insurance for weddings in Colorado and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your venue on request. Our coverage meets the requirements of most venues and will be provided as part of either package selected.
We build weather contingency into your timeline and logistics: confirm indoor/back‑up spaces with the venue, add timeline buffers, coordinate vendor backup plans (tents, heaters, flooring, AV), arrange guest transit and clear signage for mountain conditions, monitor forecasts and communicate timely updates to you and vendors.
Yes. Our primary focus is the Colorado Front Range and Colorado mountain venues, but we accept destination bookings outside of Colorado (travel fees apply).
No. You don’t need to live in Colorado to hire us. We have extensive experience working with out‑of‑state couples and handle remote planning by phone, video, and email while coordinating local vendors and logistics.
