With over a decade of experience and hundreds of love stories brought to life, I believe every wedding should feel as magical as the moment you said “yes.” From romantic vineyards to chic modern venues, my team and I create seamless, joy-filled celebrations that reflect you. I believe real connection goes far beyond the wedding day. I take the time to truly get to know my couples and celebrate their love story — not just the details. I’m endlessly passionate about what I do, and as cliché as it sounds… I love, love. One of my favorite parts of this work is watching my couples’ journeys continue long after “I do” — the new jobs, new homes, growing families. It’s a beautiful reminder that I’m not just part of a wedding day, but a chapter in their story.

Our Wedding Day Management package begins 90 days before your wedding and is designed for couples who have planned their celebration but want a professional to bring all the final details together.     A Wedding Day Lifesaver

    We truly could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator! Although our venue provided a wedding manager, hiring you was hands down one of the best decisions we made. The difference was incredible, and having you there gave us complete peace of mind. From the very beginning, you made us feel so at ease, You handled every detail with such professionalism, care, and calmness that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. You went above and beyond in ways we didn't even realize until afterward. Knowing that someone was looking out for us, our families, and all of our vendors gave us so much peace of mind. You were organized, kind, responsive, and always one step ahead. Every time a question came up or something needed attention, you had it handled before we even knew about it. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of, and so much of that is thanks to your hard work and dedication.     The best!

    I am so thankful I was recommended Rialee for our wedding! She was extremely responsive and from our first initial call I could tell we would be in great hands. Her professionalism and expertise is top notch. I truly felt so confident and at ease the day of our wedding knowing she was there to seamlessly execute it all! Aside from managing vendors, timelines, details, ect. I think what stood out to me the most was how comforting and supportive she was to me and those around her. She constantly ensured my husband and I had everything we needed, calmy talked us through next steps or things as it came up, and even made sure our kids were just as taken care of. I can't thank her enough for how smooth our day was!

    Rialee is amazing!

    Rialee is exactly the kind of planner you want by your side on your wedding day. Calm, organised, and bringing the best energy from start to finish. As a content creator working alongside her for back to back weddings, I was so impressed by how seamlessly everything ran.     We were so fortunate to work with Rialee for our wedding in August. She was a great sounding board for ideas and always offered thoughtful suggestions when the process felt a bit overwhelming. Yes! Travel fees may apply depending on the location, but I love destination celebrations.
Absolutely! While I adore Temecula wine country, I love traveling and have planned weddings throughout Southern California and beyond.
As early as possible! I typically book 12–18 months out for full planning, and at least 6 months for partial or month-of coordination.
While I love making wedding days run smoothly, there are a few things outside of my services: Bussing tables or trash clean-up Assembling or creating floral arrangements (I’ll happily place them, though!) Handling or serving food of any kind Moving chairs from ceremony to reception (unless discussed in advance) Returning rental items (unless discussed in advance) Cleaning restrooms or handling bodily fluids Driving guests home or providing transportation
Not a problem at all! Additional hours can be added at $175 per hour, billed in 1-hour increments.
