    If you’re considering booking a wedding coordinator, stop searching and book Deanna with Dearly Planned by Deanna—you will not regret it! From our very first meeting through the wedding day itself, Deanna was incredibly responsive, organized, and professional. Throughout the planning process, she was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and help us think through details we may not have otherwise considered. Her communication gave us confidence from day one and made the entire process feel much less stressful. Our wedding was a fully DIY outdoor wedding with a lot of moving pieces, décor, and logistics. We knew we needed someone we could trust completely to execute our vision, and Deanna delivered above and beyond our expectations. Her experience with DIY and outdoor weddings was evident in every aspect of her work. On the wedding day, Deanna and her assistant were absolutely incredible. They handled setup seamlessly, ensured all of our décor was placed exactly where it needed to be, and managed transitions throughout the day flawlessly. Everything looked beautiful, stayed on schedule, and flowed effortlessly from ceremony to reception.     Deanna is amazing! The absolute best!!

    Deanna and her team at Dearly Planned were an absolute joy to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, Deanna was incredibly communicative and consistently stayed on top of our to-do checklist to ensure we were on track. She was always kind and efficient, getting everything done quickly and handling all communications with our vendors seamlessly.
