At Guardian Angel Event Planning Services we also offer the Vintage Phone Voicemail, Charcuterie Tables, boards, individual cups and fruit & veggie platters or boards. We always ask our couples to let us know every little detail, every last minute changes, everything that is needed in order for us to accomplish our job and their vision as it is suppose to. We don't work blind folded.

Guardian Angel Event Planning Services was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! From the very beginning, their communication style was transparent, helpful, understanding and amazing. They were so efficient and focused, ensuring the entire event ran smoothly. When I was running late and unable to direct what I wanted done in the venue, the coordinator did an amazing job of working off what we had discussed beforehand. We had to book a coordinator last minute and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Keeping the whole bridal party accountable and the vendors having someone to help direct them was a huge factor that let everyone enjoy the wedding stress-free! I cannot recommend Guardian Angel Event Planning Services highly enough.

Guardian Angel Event Planning Services provided exceptional service for our wedding day. From the very first day we started working with them, their communication was great - they were responsive, professional, and always available to answer our questions and provide guidance. On the day of the wedding, the team at Guardian Angel was incredibly helpful, punctual, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Elena, our main coordinator, did a fantastic job of coordinating all the moving pieces and ensuring our wedding day was perfect. She was there to help us through the entire process, offering ideas and support every step of the way. We are so grateful to the Guardian Angel team for making our special day truly unforgettable.

Elena and her team assisted me in planning, coordinating and executing my son’s wedding this past Saturday. Honestly, I am so grateful to her and her team for their wonderful experience, knowledge, expertise and dedication in making my son’s big day an unequivocal success! They took absolutely all of the pressure off of me and allowed me to enjoy being the mother of the groom! You can tell that she loves what she does and one of her strengths is working with the vendors to ensure that the event goes off seamlessly! I highly recommend her services for any event that requires the “wow” factor!

Elena is a real angel. She really helped picking up any task that needed doing leading up to my wedding. She took care of everything the day of where I really felt I did not have to worry about a thing. I genuinely enjoyed my wedding day and wasn't aware of any issues if there were any. Elena is sure to ask all the right questions so that she is well informed and knows what to do. You can't go wrong with hiring the right day of coordinator.
