    LIFESAVER!!

    Anna Marie was INCREDIBLE!!! She helped us through every step of the process and stepped in when our venue dropped the ball. If you’re considering a wedding planner-HIRE HER. Honestly. I cannot stress how integral and invaluable she was to this experience. She made our day absolutely perfect, made us feel completely taken care of and took so much stress off our plate. We hope she stays in our lives loooong after our wedding-she’s just amazing.

    Our Wedding Day!

    Our experience with AR weddings n Events was absolutely incredible. I felt so secured and less stressed every time Annamarie and I spoke about the plans! My husband and I felt so special and relaxed as we could be because of AR weddings! Annamarie stayed true to the timeline and everything ran so smoothly! The guest had an amazing time and were taken care of and they brought my vision to life with the aesthetic I have been dreaming about! Thank you so much team!

    SO refreshing

    I am a the venue mananger of a high volume event venue in the San Jose area. I worked with Anna Marie/AR Events recently and I just had to write a review. She is incredibly informative, proactive, supportive, and on the day of, her execution is excellence. I work with hundreds of planners, and Anna Marie is rare and very refreshing.     Anna Marie is the best!

    I cant thank Anna Marie enough! She took a lot off my place when it came to planning and especially day of. Her and her team made sure we felt like guests at our own wedding--grabbing food and drinks for us during photos, ensuring all of our guests were also taken care of, putting all of my many boxes of decor together and bringing everything to life. Yes, with my talented team, we are able to make sure that all of our events run smoothly.
Yes, I plan Bridal showers, Bachelorette Parties, Baby showers, Rehearsal Dinner ,gender reveal parties, graduations, birthdays, parties, any sort of event that needs planning, I got you covered.
You will be working with me through the whole process. On the day of It may be me or a couple of my wedding managers. I will inform you at the time of hire whom will be working with you.
You should plan to spend at least one on one about 2-3 hours and then another 1 or so with phone call check ins. On your wedding day we will be there up to 10 hours to make sure your day runs smoothly and you can take in every moment with your family and friends.
1. Wedding Day-of Coordination Scope: Limited to just the wedding day (and maybe a rehearsal the day before). Start Time: Usually begins working with you about 2 weeks before the wedding. Services Include: Reviewing your vendor contracts creating a wedding day timeline - venue generally requires this 1 month before event date. Coordinating with vendors to confirm arrival and setup Managing the rehearsal (if included) Overseeing the ceremony and reception logistics Troubleshooting issues on the day Ideal For: Couples who have done all the planning themselves and just need someone to execute it smoothly.
