We strive to bring together all of the details in order to make your event perfect and stress free. From the biggest pieces all the way down to the smallest details, we will plan everything! We can even choreograph your first dance and work with you in customizable dance lesson packages! Here at Exceptionally Yours, we are known for tailoring each event specifically for your needs, because we know that not every bride, groom, guest of honor or company is exactly the same.

We are not only wedding/event coordinator and planners, but we also are able to choreograph your dances for your special events. We get complimented all the time on our great attention to detail and fantastic communication.

    It was such an amazing experience working with Exceptionally Yours! We first chatted with Crystal and the vibes were 100 percent there. We felt like we connected with her and were very excited to work with the team. Caitlin Harjes, who is a part of the EY team, is a gem! She was such a joy to work and talk with. Caitlin was communicative with us, kept us on track with our wedding planning, and was always willing to help us out with whatever questions or concerns we had. We couldn't have imagined our day without her and her expertise!     We hired Caitlin as our day-of coordinator for our wedding this past March, and she went above and beyond from the start. While we only expected communication the few weeks before the wedding day, Caitlin went above and beyond, which was so greatly appreciated! Throughout the entire planning process, she regularly checked in to offer support and answer any questions we had. In the final weeks, she created a detailed timeline and coordinated with all our vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. On the wedding day, everything was absolutely perfect—no mishaps at all!
