We strive to bring together all of the details in order to make your event perfect and stress free. From the biggest pieces all the way down to the smallest details, we will plan everything! We can even choreograph your first dance and work with you in customizable dance lesson packages! Here at Exceptionally Yours, we are known for tailoring each event specifically for your needs, because we know that not every bride, groom, guest of honor or company is exactly the same.

We are not only wedding/event coordinator and planners, but we also are able to choreograph your dances for your special events. We get complimented all the time on our great attention to detail and fantastic communication.

    An Exceptional Coordinator

    Crystal at Exceptionally Yours was phenomenal. We booked her as a day of coordinator but even though she was just for the day of she was still there every step of the way. Planning a wedding yourself is hard but she was available to answer every single question we had and gave advice when were stuck on what to do. She was extremely responsive, almost always responding within 24 hours at the latest but usually much quicker! She never seemed annoyed by my MANY questions I had and would check in with us to ask us how things are going or to remind us where we should be at in the planning phase. The tools she created helped us stay very organized. She was very LGBTQIA friendly. There was a minor hiccup with my partner’s parents being 20 mins late but she must have started going in overdrive because the rest of the night you would never have known we were behind schedule. I highly recommend hiring her for your wedding!

    Absolutely AMAZING!!!

    We couldn't have asked for a better partner in planning our wedding than Exceptionally Yours Weddings & Events. From our first conversation, they proved to be knowledgeable and responsive, always staying ahead of details before we even had to ask. Their intentional approach made the entire process feel organized and stress-free, which meant we could focus on enjoying our engagement instead of worrying about logistics. On our wedding day, they were exactly where we needed them, orchestrating everything behind the scenes so the day flowed seamlessly.     THE BEST

    We've been to plenty of weddings with coordinators, but Crystal and her team at Exceptionally Yours Weddings & Events were in a league of their own. From start to finish, they kept everything running smoothly so we didn't have to stress about a single detail on our big day. Crystal's calm presence and attention to every little thing made such a difference in how we got to experience our wedding. Her team worked behind the scenes making sure every moment happened exactly when it should. We felt completely taken care of and could just focus on celebrating with our loved ones.     It was such an amazing experience working with Exceptionally Yours! We first chatted with Crystal and the vibes were 100 percent there. We felt like we connected with her and were very excited to work with the team. Caitlin Harjes, who is a part of the EY team, is a gem! She was such a joy to work and talk with.     The Best!
