We treat our clients as if they were our own family and want not only the clients, but their family and friends to enjoy the day as much as they do. We want our clients to feel like they are having their best friend by their side coordinating their event.

    Coordinator of the Year

    Exceptional Service! Jenny is an absolute dream! Choosing Jenny as our wedding coordinator was hands down the best decision we made for our big day. From our very first meeting, her warmth, professionalism, and incredible attention to detail completely put us at ease. Planning a wedding can be incredibly stressful, but Jenny managed everything with so much grace and poise. She truly listened to our vision and executed it flawlessly. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about a single thing—Jenny was behind the scenes making sure every moment flowed perfectly, allowing us to be present and enjoy every second of our celebration.     YOU NEED JEN FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY!!!

    Working with Jen and her team at JenEvents was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From start to finish, Jen communicated with us like a friend would—clear, quick responses, and always there when we needed her. On the actual day, I had zero worries because her team had thought of every detail and handled everything so smoothly. Her attention to detail showed in every part of our celebration, and honestly, they delivered above and beyond what we expected. If you're planning a wedding, you should hire Jen because her team truly goes the extra mile to make your day special.

    Dream Wedding Coordinator

    Jenny and her team made my wedding happen! I got the "Day of" Coordination package, but Jenny worked with me for months leading up to the event. She provided so many wonderful recommendations and resources to help with the planning process. She communicated with all the vendors and made sure there was no stress for me on the big day. Our venue was a bit disjointed in their comunication and Jenny was able to bridge all those gaps, find creative solutions to problems and probably solved so many other issues that I don't even know about. All our items were well taken care of and we always knew what was going on. Jenny took command of our wedding weekend and made sure we were on time and got to experience everything exactly as we wanted to. I'm recommending her to everyone I know that is getting married in the future!!

    wedding BFF

    I can say without a doubt, my wedding planning couldn't have happened without Jen. I hired her help about halfway through my planning, which was perfect. I had many vendors selected but did need some guidance with the remaining vendors. She helped give recommendations, find pricing, give contact info. All of her recommendations were amazing, we ended up selecting several. While I was an extremely engaged bride, she helped keep me on track and make sure my "to-do" list was getting checked off. For the day-of events, Jen's team was fantastic. We passed off all personal décor to her and her team and everything was set up BEAUTIFUL. They also even got everything back to our hotel for us! The team's help was essential to keeping our day going. We had some minor schedule issues - but nothing that a phone call couldn't fix. I would love to have another party just to work with Jen and her team again. Thank you!!!

    Amazing coordinator!

    Jen did a stellar job getting us through the entire wedding experience! From the beginning, she was on top of coordinating vendors and setting up a schedule for us. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and always so kind and helpful. On the day of the wedding, she kept everything moving on pace so we could enjoy the night stress-free. Her team is friendly, efficient, and will make sure your wedding is the best it could be.

We have 7 people total on the team. Depending on your guest count, we will have one lead coordinator and two assistants there for your wedding day. Any counts over 250, there may be an additional team member.
We typically coordinate between 25 and 30 weddings a year.
Yes we do! We can customize your package to include any other events if you would like!
We may do multiple weddings a day as we have a few associate coordinators on the team.
We have an open communication policy, so you are welcome to reach out to us via email or phone anytime between signing the contract and the wedding day! We don’t want you to feel as if you can only talk to us at a certain date.
