Ricki Lewis Events is a Los Angeles wedding planning and design company devoted exclusively to weddings throughout Los Angeles and Southern California. With more than 20 years of experience, our certified wedding planning team offers Full Wedding Planning, Partial Wedding Planning, and Wedding Day Management. We combine creative design with detailed organization, trusted vendor guidance, budget support, timelines, décor, and wedding-day execution. Our proprietary full-color, to-scale Site Plan App helps couples visualize their ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception before the wedding day. We proudly welcome all couples and create custom weddings that reflect each couple’s style, priorities, and story.
Ricki, owner and lead planner, brings more than 20 years of wedding planning experience, professional certification, and a background in graphic and fashion design. Her combination of creative design, detailed organization, problem-solving, and development of our proprietary Site Plan App gives couples both the creative and logistical guidance required to bring their wedding vision together.

It's always a pleasure to work with Ricki and support her clients on their special days. Through her extensive vendor resources and contacts, she gets what her clients want and communicates clearly with everyone on both sides of her event planning (with clients and vendors). She makes everyone's experience stress-free because she follows-up and makes sure things are complete and on track. Working with Ricki Lewis Events was an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning, Ricki took the time to truly understand my daughter's vision and transformed her ideas into a beautiful and cohesive wedding design concept. She created an inspiring mood board and showed us realistic renderings of how our backyard could be transformed for the celebration, including a clear floor pool cover and an elegant canopy structure over the tennis court. As our ideas evolved throughout the planning process, Ricki remained flexible and responsive, refining the design concepts to reflect my daughter's changing vision while ensuring everything remained cohesive and beautifully curated. Ricki also shared detailed, full-color site plans that illustrated the layout and flow of the event, along with photographs from previous weddings to help us visualize how the finished spaces could look. The Mother of Wedding Planning
As a Type-A personality, I found so much comfort in how responsive and proactive Ricki is. I had a million different ideas and am super assertive, and she was never phased! Instead, Ricki stepped in as a surrogate mom. She joined me at almost all of my appointments - wedding dress and beyond - and we connected over meals and personal stories about life and experiences. I felt very loved and cared for throughout the process! My wedding day was magical and that's in large part because Ricki made it happen and was a true friend!!! I hope she'll be in my life for a very long time!!
