    Couldn't have done my wedding without them!

    Gabriella was such a joy to work with from our very first call to the last minutes of my wedding day. She was a great communicator, making sure to stay in touch with me throughout the planning process and keeping me on schedule to make sure tasks were getting completed. During our wedding day, she and her team made sure everything went smoothly. She coordinated with our other vendors, directed our wedding party, and made sure we had everything we needed. Without their help, we would have been lost! As a type A bride, I knew it would be hard for me to be present and enjoy the day but, because of Gabriella and Nancy, I was able to completely leave all the coordination in their hands. I wasn’t worried about vendor arrivals, keeping on schedule, or logistics – they had it all covered already. I was truly able to have a stress-free day and enjoy my wedding to the fullest! It was everything we could have ever wanted for our day and our guests. I couldn’t recommend Empire Events enough to any couple looking for a team you can truly count on.

    From Rehearsal to Wedding Day, They Were Amazing

    Gabriella and Nancy were honestly amazing and made such a difference throughout my wedding experience. Gabriella even managed my church wedding rehearsal, which helped everything feel so much more organized going into the big day. On the wedding morning, I completely forgot to get Prosecco for me and my bridal party while we were getting ready, and Gabriella brought it for us. She also helped me order last-minute things I needed through DoorDash and made sure they were delivered to the venue. The biggest thing for me was that I didn’t have to run around worrying about logistics. I wasn’t trying to find the florist, checking where vendors were, or making sure everyone got on the party bus to get to the church. Gabriella and Nancy handled all of those details behind the scenes so I could actually be present and enjoy the day. They were both so helpful, attentive, and easy to work with, and I’m incredibly grateful I had them there. They truly took so much stress off of me and helped everything run smoothly from the rehearsal through the wedding day. I would absolutely recommend them to any bride who wants to actually enjoy her wedding instead of feeling like she has to manage everything herself.

    Best. Decision. Ever.

    Watching your daughter get married is emotional enough and the last thing you want to do is worry about logistics. Gabriella made sure we didn’t have to. She was calm, organized, and completely in control from start to finish. I was so impressed by how she managed everything behind the scenes while keeping my daughter relaxed and happy.
