Founder, Lead Planner & Designer

I'm Morgan, the founder, planner, and designer behind MVW Events — a luxury wedding planning and design studio specializing in multicultural celebrations, multi-day events, and destination weddings. With a Master's in Event Management from NYU, a Master's in Education from UCLA, and over eleven years of experience, I bring creative vision and operational rigor to every wedding. Based in New York, I plan weddings across the US, Mexico, and Europe.

I have a particular love for multicultural and fusion celebrations — the layering of traditions, the intentional details, the moments that make every family feel seen. I only take one wedding per weekend so my full attention is always on you. I've lived and studied in Florence and Bologna, speak Italian, and have a deep personal connection to Italy that informs my European destination practice. No two weddings I plan are ever alike — and that's exactly how I like it.

    Dream to work with!

    Working with Morgan was truly an absolute dream from start to finish! From our very first interaction, it was clear that she is not only incredibly talented and organized but also genuinely cares about creating an exceptional experience for everyone involved. She went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed to deliver exactly what the bride and groom envisioned for their big day at Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club. Her communication was top-notch; always friendly, professional, and prompt. She kept us updated every step of the way and made sure that details flowed seamlessly between the couple, the caterer, and every other vendor involved. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and proactive, and she made what can often be a complex process feel completely effortless. What really stood out to us was how organized she was. Every timeline, layout, and piece of information was presented clearly and thoughtfully, which made coordinating on our end so smooth and stress-free. She always approached everything with a calm, positive attitude, even when last-minute changes popped up (as they always do with weddings!). We were genuinely impressed by her professionalism, attention to detail, and kind demeanor throughout the entire planning and event process. She made the day flow beautifully and ensured that everyone, from the couple to the vendors, felt supported and informed. We can’t recommend Morgan highly enough.     Working with Morgan was a DREAM

    We truly hit the jackpot with having Morgan as our wedding planner. From day one, she went above and beyond to take care of us. She helped us plan the most gorgeous and stunning fusion Indian and Swiss wedding, handling every detail such care and expertise. She helped secure hotel room blocks, negotiated rates for us, coordinated our welcome party, and so so much more. She made the entire process feel seamless!!!! When a last-minute emergency popped up, she handled it so smoothly we didn’t even have time to realize there was an issue. Every single step of the way, we felt supported and knew Morgan had our back and would make our wedding day so magical. Not to mention, on our wedding day we had so many guests fall in love with Morgan's energy!! If you are looking for a planner or coordinator for your wedding, Morgan is your girl.     Flawless Event Planning – Morgan is the Best!

    We couldn’t have asked for a better event planner than Morgan! She went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday celebration absolutely perfect. From the start, she found the ideal venue and even arranged a wonderful dinner for our out-of-town guests beforehand. She thought of every detail, making the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. On the day of the event, Morgan was truly indispensable. She coordinated the flawless delivery of a stunning cake, decorated the venue beautifully, and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Thanks to her expertise and attention to detail, the party was seamless, elegant, and a night to remember.     Peace of mind

    Morgan planned my best friend’s wedding and from what I heard from the bride, she was amazing. The wedding itself was filled with classy decor but had a fun and intimate vibe. She helped select amazing vendors who all provided excellent services which is a big reason why the wedding went so smoothly and felt so elegant! I also know that she was very prompt throughout the planning process. The bride mentioned to me that Morgan was super responsive and timely so they were always on schedule with everything. Overall, my best friend was completely in love with the entire experience and I loved working with Morgan the days before the wedding and the day of (I was part of the wedding party so I interacted with her some) and it often felt like she had all the answers and kept us knowing what was next, where to go and when it was time to party! I am definitely going to hire her when my time comes!!!
