    Andrea is the best! Book her!

    Andrea and her team are absolutely fabulous. They made our day run so smoothly, even with the chaos of a big wedding party, kids running around, a heatwave and a massive thunderstorm! From our first call with Andrea, we knew should would be the right person to work with. She is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and on top of everything. I love her spreadsheets, lists, floorplans, and every small detail she was on top of, especially the things we didn't think about ourselves. When we had last minute changes, she quickly pivoted and handled them. When we were anxious about certain details, she assured us and made sure everything worked out perfectly. She also provided many materials that we didn't have / didn't want to think about, like table numbers and a cardbox, which was a huge help. Our families and all of our guests noted how amazing she and her team were. If you're a type A planner (like me), Andrea's the person you want. If you're laid back and don't want to think about the details, Andrea is the person you want. 10/10 would recommend.

    A Dream Wedding Thanks to Andrea/ARC!

    If we could give Andrea and ARC Weddings more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! From our very first conversation, Andrea made us feel like we were talking to a friend. She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in making your wedding everything you've dreamed of. We only had about six months to plan our wedding, and there's no way we could have pulled it off without her. Andrea kept us organized every step of the way, made the planning process feel manageable, and was always so accommodating to our needs. She took the time to truly understand our vision, offered thoughtful guidance when we felt overwhelmed, and helped us narrow down our ideas into a beautiful, cohesive day that felt completely "us." When our wedding day arrived, everything was absolutely seamless. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because we knew Andrea had everything under control. It truly felt like a dream come true, and we never had to worry about a thing. Looking back, we honestly wouldn't change a single thing about our wedding day, and Andrea played such a huge role in making that possible. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and cannot recommend Andrea and ARC Weddings highly enough. She is truly one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding planning journey.

    We truly could not have had such an incredible wedding without Andrea and ARC Weddings. From start to finish, everything was seamless, organized, and completely stress-free.     Andrea is the best!

    Working with ARC Weddings and Andrea was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our first meeting, Andrea was responsive and easy to talk to, making the planning process feel less overwhelming. She stayed on top of every detail and thought of things we never would have considered on our own. On the day of the wedding, Andrea made sure everything ran like clockwork and was ready for anything that came up. Her organization and preparation gave us peace of mind, and we honestly couldn't have pulled off our day without her.     We had so many of our family members tell us how beautiful and touching our ceremony was and how much they loved the foundation Andrea laid during the ceremony. It was both moving and silly, and totally perfect for us.


My base package begins at 60 to 90 days. Partial planning begins at 6 months, and full planning begins at least 12 months out from the date!
I am with you leading up to the event throughout the entire planning process. The day of, I’m with you for up to 10 hours, and always have at least one assistant onsite. For additional set up requirements or weddings over 150 guests, additional assistants are added on.
Absolutely! I love getting to know the specifics of your event and you both as a couple, as well as ensuring we're a good fit to work together. Please reach out and we can find a time that works!
I typically only take 1 large event per weekend, and take on a maximum of 15 weddings per year.
I've coordinated, officiated, and been a venue manager for hundreds of weddings over the course of my career. The myriad of experiences and unique details for each event have informed my process over the years to create a streamlined, communicative approach to the planning process. Living in NYC has definitely influenced my style, and I appreciate and love to support multicultural, creative, alternative celebrations! My background in the hospitality industry has also provided me with extensive knowledge in food, beverage and logistics for events on a large and small scale.
