    Excellent Event Planner

    I hired Events By Yasmeen to plan my daughter's bridal shower and I'm so glad I did. From our first conversation, Yasmeen was organized and quick to respond, making the whole process easy. She has solid relationships with vendors and connected me with exactly what we needed, handling all the details without us having to stress. On the day of the shower, she took charge so I could actually relax and enjoy it instead of worrying about every little thing. Events by Yasmeen is a boutique planning company, so you’ll be working directly with me throughout the entire process. I believe in giving each client personalized attention, and I’m there for every detail from start to finish. For larger events, I do have trusted assistants and vendors who help ensure everything runs smoothly, but I will always be your main point of contact. You’ll have my full attention and expertise to bring your vision to life!
The amount of time we spend together depends on the level of service you choose and the complexity of your event. For full planning services, we’ll have regular check-ins and consultations throughout the entire process, ensuring everything stays on track. For day-of coordination, we’ll work together closer to your event date with a few key meetings to finalize the details. No matter the service, I’m always available to answer questions and provide support whenever you need it!
I limit the number of events I take on to ensure that each couple receives my full attention and dedication. For day-of coordination, I may take on another event the same weekend, but I will never schedule more than one wedding per day. This way, I can focus entirely on making your special day flawless. My priority is delivering a personalized experience for every couple!
