The Day Of Company offers Day Of Coordination for couples who have made (or are in the process of making) all of the plans for their wedding but would like a professional Coordinator (who also happens to be incredibly pleasant to work with) there that day to ensure those plans come together. From steaming dresses & garments to managing vendors (without being bossy) to answering questions from anyone and everyone to wrangling people for photos or transportation and so much more – we make sure all of the moving parts are managed, setup is executed, logistics are handled, items are placed and our clients & their families are enjoying the day.

We don't offer full service wedding planning - just the Day Of. Our clients make their plans and we make them happen. The Day Of offers a straightforward service at a fair price. We're flexible, easy to work with, and on top of every detail. While our focus is executing your plans and details on the Day Of, we are involved during the lead-up and would be happy to share more detail on our process.

    Coordinator

    Working with The Day Of Company was a breath of fresh air from start to finish. Audra, our day-of coordinator, handled all the background details with ease and made decisions that aligned with our vision without needing to bother us with every little thing. Her communication style was easy and knowledgeable, which gave us the confidence that everything was in good hands. What really stood out was how determined the team was to keep our day fun and enjoyable—exactly as it should be. Having The Day Of Company take care of the logistics felt like a weight off our shoulders, letting us actually enjoy the moments with our loved ones. We can't recommend them enough!

    Highly recommend The Day Of Company!

    Like most other couples, we didn't know what day-of coordination truly entailed until we were in the midst of planning our own wedding. Looking back, we can confidently say that our wedding would not have been possible without Caroline and her services. From our first introductory call, Caroline was warm, clear, and friendly, immediately making us feel comfortable with our decision to hire her. (It helped that we received multiple personal recommendations for her services from other vendors we were already working with!). Leading up to our wedding, Caroline was accessible for our many questions and helped us stay incredibly organized with her detailed, consistently updated spreadsheet. The cadence of our meetings was enough to keep us on track while still being available for all of the details in-between. She also worked seamlessly behind the scenes to organize the schedule with our vendor team so that everyone was on the same page and prepared for the day. On the day of our wedding, Caroline made sure everything went seamlessly and that we didn't have to worry about anything other than getting married! Our schedule had plenty of breathing room and we felt well taken care-of, from ensuring we had food available in our hotel room immediately after the ceremony to organizing everyone to be in the right place at the right time. We felt zero stress around managing the logistics on our wedding day, which is exactly what we could've asked for from a coordinator. We would gladly recommend Caroline and The Day Of Company to anyone getting married in the NYC area and cannot thank her and the team enough for their care and quality of services!

    Best Wedding Day Coordinator Hands Down

    Working with Caroline was amazing. She is so professional, prompt and detailed and just generally a kind human being. She helped us plan the entire timeline and coordination with the vendors as well as answering any of our questions. The entire day was so perfectly executed and she was somehow everywhere all at once anticipating everyone's needs before they even realized it. We were also at one point 30 minutes ahead of schedule which is unheard of on a wedding day. We heard from all of our guests that she was hands down the best coordinator they have ever seen at a wedding. We've been raving about her to everyone since our wedding and truly it could not have been as perfect as it was without her.

    Can't recommend enough!

    I can not recommend working with the Day of Company enough! We used the Day of Company for our day of wedding coordination in nyc. Caroline assisted us in so many ways leading up to our wedding and Rosalie was with us on our wedding day to ensure everything went to plan! I had so many of my vendors tell me how on top of everything Caroline was. They expressed that Caroline made their jobs so much easier by reaching out in such a timely manner and being so organized. She created a day of schedule that was flawless and helped our wedding day run so smoothly. She also thought of every single detail possible to check in with us on. Rose was such a calming, positive energy to have surrounding us on our wedding day. She genuinely put us at ease and made us feel so relaxed. She worked to follow the schedule, organize the details of our reception and ceremony, and coordinate with the venue and all of our vendors. We were able to sit back and relax and she guided us through the day so smoothly. They were doing things behind the scenes that I was not even aware of because they made it their duty to take as much stress and "to dos" off my list as possible. The Day of Company truly made our lives so much easier and was one of the best investments we made surrounding our wedding. I highly recommend working with them- they are a delight!

    Perfect day-of coordinators

    If you're looking for dream day-of coordinators, look no further than The Day Of. Caroline's planning process was extraordinary. Her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence going into the Big Day. The spreadsheet she built became our bible and security blanket. More than anything, her precision is what allowed us to actually let go, relax, and enjoy the wedding of our wildest imaginations. Henry is the day-of coordinator of every couple's dreams. From start to finish he was steady, prepared, and unflappable. No matter how much chaos was swirling around him, he brought every single detail to life with grace and ease. He kept us calm when we needed it most and never once made us feel like we were asking too much. Because of him, we were free to be fully present and joyful on our wedding day, knowing everything was in the most capable hands. What Caroline and Henry do is a true gift. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them and can't recommend them highly enough.
