The Day Of Company offers Day Of Coordination for couples who have made (or are in the process of making) all of the plans for their wedding but would like a professional Coordinator (who also happens to be incredibly pleasant to work with) there that day to ensure those plans come together. From steaming dresses & garments to managing vendors (without being bossy) to answering questions from anyone and everyone to wrangling people for photos or transportation and so much more – we make sure all of the moving parts are managed, setup is executed, logistics are handled, items are placed and our clients & their families are enjoying the day.

We don't offer full service wedding planning - just the Day Of. Our clients make their plans and we make them happen. The Day Of offers a straightforward service at a fair price. We're flexible, easy to work with, and on top of every detail. While our focus is executing your plans and details on the Day Of, we are involved during the lead-up and would be happy to share more detail on our process.

    We are beyond grateful for The Day Of Company's support during our wedding weekend. Everything ran so smoothly, and we didn’t have to worry about a single detail on the big day. We truly would’ve been lost without Joanna’s help in the final month—her guidance with timeline creation and vendor coordination was invaluable. She also shared incredibly helpful checklists and tips that made the planning process feel much more manageable. Caroline, who was with us for the rehearsal/welcome night and our Liberty Warehouse wedding, was an absolute gem. From managing vendors and keeping everything on schedule, to tracking down family members and handling last-minute hiccups, she took care of it all with ease. Her calm, positive energy made a huge difference and was such a pleasure to have around. The Day Of Company truly exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for peace of mind during the lead-up to your big day—and especially on the day itself—but don’t need full-service planning, this is the team to hire.

    Caroline and Audra were extremely helpful and communicative in the lead-up to our wedding at The Wythe Hotel. Caroline not only helped to plan out the timeline of the day but gave amazing suggestions for the flow of the event itself. The day-of Caroline was on-top of just about everything which allowed me to take a backseat and know that the day would flow as perfectly as we planned it. I would recommend them for any event!

    I highly appreciated how detailed and meticulous the planning process was with Joanna. I felt truly supported every step of the way! The assistance with COIs and vendor communication was invaluable, and the wedding timeline provided was thorough and well-organized, making everything flow smoothly on the day of. Caroline (the day of coordinator) was absolutely amazing. She kept the wedding moving seamlessly and maintained a calm, professional demeanor throughout the day.     Hiring Joanna and her team for our wedding at the Picnic House was one of the best decisions we made. From our first call, Joanna was SO helpful in organizing the timeline and all of the many little details that go into a wedding. We loved that she provided us with a list of the outstanding decisions to make (many of which we hadn't thought of ourselves), which was a really helpful guide in the last couple months of planning. It was also really helpful that Joanna's team had worked at the Picnic House many times before. Carleigh executed the day-of-coordination and she was fantastic. Everything went seamlessly and she was so helpful to us, our immediate family, and our guests more generally. Overall, we also just appreciated Joanna and Carleigh's relaxed vibe, which fit with what we going for in terms of our wedding planning process and the day-of. Highly recommend!!
