The Day Of Company
The Day Of Company offers Day Of Coordination for couples who have made (or are in the process of making) all of the plans for their wedding but would like a professional Coordinator (who also happens to be incredibly pleasant to work with) there that day to ensure those plans come together. From steaming dresses & garments to managing vendors (without being bossy) to answering questions from anyone and everyone to wrangling people for photos or transportation and so much more – we make sure all of the moving parts are managed, setup is executed, logistics are handled, items are placed and our clients & their families are enjoying the day.
We don't offer full service wedding planning - just the Day Of. Our clients make their plans and we make them happen. The Day Of offers a straightforward service at a fair price. We're flexible, easy to work with, and on top of every detail. While our focus is executing your plans and details on the Day Of, we are involved during the lead-up and would be happy to share more detail on our process.

Absolutely 100% book them for your special day!!
I originally wasn't sure if I wanted to hire a day of coordinator, thinking I could just "do everything myself". Now that our wedding has passed, I could not be more grateful that we hired The Day of Company! Leading up to the wedding, Joanna was fabulous to work with - super friendly, super organized, and meticulous with the details. She helped us create a detailed schedule and made recommendations to help make sure the day went by as planned. She thought of many things we didn't even have on our radar and made some really helpful suggestions that ended up being critical to keeping things on track. Joanna and her team also coordinated with all of our venues for timing on the big day, which was incredibly helpful and took so much stress off of our plates. Our Coordinator on site on the big day was Isabella. I cannot say enough good things about Isabella and TRULY do not know what we would have done without her! She was so calm and organized throughout the whole day, set up everything perfectly, kept us on track and on schedule, and made sure we had everything we needed! Isabella was so great to work with and played a huge role in bringing our wedding day vision to life. The day truly goes by in the blink of an eye - we would have totally forgotten to use our own photobooth if Isabella hadn't reminded us! I honestly don't know how we could have pulled it off without her. Joanna and Isabella - thank you so much for all of your help to make our wedding the perfect day. We would absolutely recommend working with The Day of Company - you will not regret it!

Caroline was friendly, enthusiastic, and organized through the entire process. She provided a clear outline for our wedding day from the start, and asked thoughtful questions over a six month period in a way that allowed her to perfectly curate the day to our needs. Because she took that time, the process was never overwhelming, and nothing was left unfinished. The day of, Caroline was on-time, quick to solve any issues (including a bridesmaid with a wardrobe malfunction and a stubborn bustle), and orchestrated everything perfectly, including installing a wide variety of decorations. Over the course of the night, she checked in regularly (but never obtrusively) on both of us - always making sure we had a drink and that everything was proceeding as we hoped. At the end of the night, she took everything down carefully and made sure it was all organized in our room. Through the entire day, we were able to relax and enjoy our friends and family without thinking about managing anything. We highly recommend the Day Of Company!

Caroline (from The Day Of) was absolutely incredible as our wedding coordinator. From the moment we met and when she came on board a month before our wedding, she took charge with remarkable organization and professionalism that put us completely at ease. She seamlessly managed all vendor communications and logistics (including with our band, florist, photographer and venue), handled countless administrative details, and ensured every element came together perfectly. On the wedding day itself, Caroline orchestrated everything flawlessly - we didn't have to worry about a single thing. What truly set Caroline apart was how she combined her efficiency with genuine warmth and positivity. Our guests and family couldn't stop talking about how organized everything was and how Caroline's joyful presence enhanced the entire celebration. She made everyone feel taken care of while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Our experience with Joanna and Laura was a spectacular, 10/10, no notes, high-steppin’ pick 6 to the house. They have our ultimate seal of approval and would recommend them a million times over. A few areas that were particularly impressive: Vibes: infectious positive energy maintained during every correspondence Organization: they have all the spreadsheets, know exactly what questions to ask and collected the information with pride & joy Expertise: they made gentle recommendations based on their experience & respected any preferences that diverged from those recommendations without question or judgement Reputation: almost all our vendors already knew and loved them Attentiveness: I'm sure they are having hundreds of conversation in parallel but every time we connected, they made us feel like we were the most important thing to them, even many months in advance — always had names, dates, places, vendors ready off the dome without ever needing to be reminded Hustle & extra mile mentality: they offered to receive a custom dessert delivery & transported everything to our venue. They were the first ones in. And when the evening was over, they were the last ones out, packing up our stuff with love & care, making sure handicapped guests were tucked into their cars and doing it all with the smile. They answered every question promptly. Offered to be the point of contact for every annoying question you could think of on our wedding day. Not one problem made it across our desk during the wedding. Not one! Because of them, we were able to enjoy every moment. Everything came to life exactly as planned. They were like master conductors to our symphony of joy & celebration, while we and our guests sat back and enjoyed the show.
