The Day Of Company offers Day Of Coordination for couples who have made (or are in the process of making) all of the plans for their wedding but would like a professional Coordinator (who also happens to be incredibly pleasant to work with) there that day to ensure those plans come together. From steaming dresses & garments to managing vendors (without being bossy) to answering questions from anyone and everyone to wrangling people for photos or transportation and so much more – we make sure all of the moving parts are managed, setup is executed, logistics are handled, items are placed and our clients & their families are enjoying the day.

We don't offer full service wedding planning - just the Day Of. Our clients make their plans and we make them happen. The Day Of offers a straightforward service at a fair price. We're flexible, easy to work with, and on top of every detail. While our focus is executing your plans and details on the Day Of, we are involved during the lead-up and would be happy to share more detail on our process.

    I truly don’t have enough words to express how incredible Caroline was as our wedding coordinator. From the moment we started working with her, she brought a sense of calm, confidence, and joy that we didn’t even know we needed. She asked thoughtful questions and raised important considerations in the lead-up to the wedding—things we never would have thought of ourselves. Caroline went above and beyond by personally reaching out to every single one of our vendors ahead of time. She made sure she had a point of contact and verified all the details so that nothing slipped through the cracks. That level of preparation gave us so much peace of mind. On the big day, Caroline was everything and more. She was calm, collected, and full of life. She seamlessly managed every detail while keeping the energy light and fun. She vibed effortlessly with our families (which was no small feat—our crew is chaotic), and somehow made everyone feel seen, heard, and cared for. Things definitely went wrong behind the scenes—because that’s just how weddings go—but I, the bride, never heard a single thing about it. That’s the magic of Caroline. My husband and I had drinks in hand at all times, and every single moment we had planned happened on time, correctly, and seamlessly. It was like watching our vision come to life without lifting a finger. We did not deserve her. She was truly priceless. If you’re lucky enough to have Caroline on your team, know that you’re in the best hands possible. We could not have asked for anything better.

    Joanna was such a pleasure to work with. She was so happy to answer any of my questions and walk through all my ideas thoroughly. She reached out and coordinated with all my vendors without me having to remind her and did so much more than I can think of. I couldn't have done this without her and would recommend her to all of my friends.

    We are beyond grateful for The Day Of Company's support during our wedding weekend. Everything ran so smoothly, and we didn’t have to worry about a single detail on the big day. We truly would’ve been lost without Joanna’s help in the final month—her guidance with timeline creation and vendor coordination was invaluable. She also shared incredibly helpful checklists and tips that made the planning process feel much more manageable. Caroline, who was with us for the rehearsal/welcome night and our Liberty Warehouse wedding, was an absolute gem.     Caroline and Audra were extremely helpful and communicative in the lead-up to our wedding at The Wythe Hotel. Caroline not only helped to plan out the timeline of the day but gave amazing suggestions for the flow of the event itself. The day-of Caroline was on-top of just about everything which allowed me to take a backseat and know that the day would flow as perfectly as we planned it. I would recommend them for any event!
