The Day Of Company offers Day Of Coordination for couples who have made (or are in the process of making) all of the plans for their wedding but would like a professional Coordinator (who also happens to be incredibly pleasant to work with) there that day to ensure those plans come together. From steaming dresses & garments to managing vendors (without being bossy) to answering questions from anyone and everyone to wrangling people for photos or transportation and so much more – we make sure all of the moving parts are managed, setup is executed, logistics are handled, items are placed and our clients & their families are enjoying the day.

We don't offer full service wedding planning - just the Day Of. Our clients make their plans and we make them happen. The Day Of offers a straightforward service at a fair price. We're flexible, easy to work with, and on top of every detail. While our focus is executing your plans and details on the Day Of, we are involved during the lead-up and would be happy to share more detail on our process.

    From our first conversation, The Day Of Company's communication was very clear, organized and fast, which set the tone for everything to come. Before our wedding day, Elizabeth helped guide me with the full day of timeline which was extremely helpful especially when coordinating with several vendors and trying to map out the day. Elizabeth was my go-to person for literally everything on our wedding day, and she handled it all with incredible organization and grace. She jumped in without hesitation to help with my complicated bustle, fixed my brothers' bow ties, and made sure everyone got on the shuttles on time to name a few highlights. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond to take care of both us and our guests. We never had to stress because Elizabeth kept us organized throughout the day and was always there when we needed her. The Day Of Company truly made our special day unforgettable, and we cannot thank Elizabeth enough for everything she did for us.

    Working with The Day Of Company was such a gift from the start. They jumped into planning early with us, asking thoughtful questions and really listening to what we wanted our wedding to be about. What stood out most was how purposeful they were with every decision—nothing felt random or thrown together. Their communication was constant and warm, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making our day special. The team brought so much heart to the details, and on our wedding day, everything unfolded exactly as we hoped. We felt supported and celebrated by them every step of the way!!

    The Day of Company was amazing!

    We are so glad we chose the Day of Company to help us plan and manage our wedding day! From the beginning, Audra provided incredibly helpful guidance, thoughtful templates, and practical advice that made us feel so much more organized and prepared leading up to the wedding. As people who wanted to stay on top of details without feeling overwhelmed, we really appreciated how structured, efficient, and approachable the entire process felt. On the wedding day itself, Jaleesa was absolutely instrumental in making everything run smoothly. She handled setup, fixed boutonnieres, kept the timeline moving, made sure we actually ate and drank water throughout the night, and much more. Multiple guests and family members commented afterward on how professional, proactive, and effective she was throughout the event. It was such a relief knowing someone so capable was handling all the behind-the-scenes logistics so we could fully enjoy the day. They were total pros from start to finish, and we would absolutely recommend The Day Of Company to anyone planning their wedding!

    Nothing short of the best

    Once we decided on the Montauk Club for our venue, securing a wedding planner was the vital next step. My (now) husband (I can’t stop saying “this is my husband”… the small delights of newlywed life) and I met with Caroline. We found her gracious, easy, delightful and digestibly organized. We were overwhelmed by where and how to start; she pacified our anxieties— “you’re more ahead of the process than you realize” — and after that first call, presented us with a manageable to do list. Day of the wedding - she was a mastermind. Caroline was my point person for everything. As we took first look photos, she was busy detailing the reception tables with hurricane vases, menus, and voices; setting up the guest entrance area; laying out our family photographs— every task was somehow managed and completed in style. And when my dress got a splotch of dirt on it— thank you outdoor pics (but a must)— she whipped out her handy bridal rescue bag and swapped a tide wipe on the spot. Gone. She cued the ceremony, the toasts, organized the band, our brilliant photographer, shepherded us through every beat of the full day affair. Without a doubt, we couldn’t have pulled this off without her. In fact, my family couldn’t stop saying, “we’re so lucky we have Caroline.” She ran this show with an ease and warmth that kept all of the intensity manageable. Just in case it isn’t glaringly obvious, I couldn’t recommend Caroline more. She was a key player in orchestrating the best night of our lives, and I will be forever grateful to her. 110% worth the investment. And you’ll see why once you get the chance to work her.

    The most perfect day thanks to the team!

    We truly had the best day of our lives, all thanks to the hard work Caroline and Laura put in for our wedding day. Caroline was phenomenal from the very beginning. We had an intro call with her prior to booking her service, and we immediately knew we didn’t even need to look anywhere else. She was warm, professional, and insightful, and the pricing was extremely reasonable, especially given the detail-oriented, elite-level planning help we received. Throughout the planning process, she brought in so much expertise, making helpful suggestions and prompting us to think through all the important details to make sure our day went exactly the way we hoped. On the day of, all of our vendors remarked on how smoothly our day was going and how impressive and surprisingly rare that was. We were able to enjoy our day 110% with zero stress worrying about details we hadn’t thought of or trying to coordinate between vendors, thanks to the meticulous planning that had been done with Caroline prior and thanks to Laura’s (our day of coordinator) perfect execution of all the plans. I'm writing this review a month after our wedding, and I can confidently say that I am so happy with all the decisions we made during planning and with how the day went. I would recommend The Day of Company to anyone and everyone getting married in NYC!!!
