    Ambar helped us have a worry-free wedding day!

    We couldn't have asked for a better day-of planner than Ambar. She was responsive and available whenever we needed her, but never pushy about it. Ambar executed our vision faithfully while offering smart suggestions that truly improved our day, and when it rained on our wedding, she worked seamlessly with our venue coordinator to handle everything so we didn't have to worry. What we appreciated most was having her there to manage all the setup and details, which freed us up to actually enjoy our celebration and spend time with our guests. She thought of every little thing and clearly cared about making our wedding special. Her assistant worked quietly in the background but was incredibly helpful all day long. We'd absolutely recommend Ambar to any couple looking for a planner who is thoughtful, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to making their day perfect!

    Absolutely Incredible from Start to Finish

    We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ambar and her team at Designs with Ambar! From the very beginning of the planning process through the end of our wedding night, Ambar was absolutely incredible. Her expertise, organization, patience, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm and composed made such a huge difference on our wedding day. She took so much off of our shoulders and allowed us to actually be present, enjoy ourselves, and celebrate with our family and friends instead of worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. And there was definitely a LOT happening behind the scenes! Our day had some unexpected timeline challenges, through every single situation Ambar simply stepped in and handled it. She was always calm, professional, proactive, and completely in our corner. That peace of mind was truly priceless while getting to simply enjoy one of the most important days of your life. Ambar gave us exactly that! We also want to give a huge shoutout to Amore! She was absolutely wonderful and such an important part of the team. She was attentive, helpful, and always willing to jump in wherever she was needed. We were so grateful to have both of them there with us! If you are a couple looking for someone who will genuinely care about your wedding, keep you calm when things inevitably go a little sideways, and make sure you can actually ENJOY your day, we cannot recommend Designs with Ambar enough. Hiring Ambar was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and we would happily recommend her to any couple!!!

    We hired Designs with Ambar for month-of coordination and honestly, if she could plan my life I'd let her handle all future events. Ambar thinks through every detail and is prepared for absolutely anything that comes up. She printed our memorial pictures, set up the entire event, and kept the flow of the day seamless from start to finish. Her communication was clear and easy to work with, which made the planning process stress-free. Based on our experience, I'd recommend going with her full-service planning if you want to make sure everything is handled right. Hire her for any and all events, she’s the best in the business.

    Ambar was a joy to have on our team in the weeks leading up to our wedding. She worked so diligently to take some of the pressure of wedding organizing off of us.     Best team!

    Working with Ambar, Tanya, and Soneida from Designs with Ambar was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding.From the exact moment they took over the planning process, an immense weight was lifted off our shoulders, and everything immediately became so much less stressful. They are a powerhouse trio. Throughout the entire process, they went completely above and beyond for us, proactively taking care of countless logistics and details well beyond their official responsibilities.On the actual wedding day, their execution was flawless. They stepped up, made critical decisions on the fly, and handled absolutely everything behind the scenes. Because of their hard work, precision, and leadership, my partner and I did not have to worry about a single thing. We were truly able to be present and enjoy every moment of our celebration.Their excellence did not go unnoticed, either. Multiple guests went out of their way to comment on how professional, organized, and incredible the team was throughout the night.
