EVENTFULLNYC is a full-service, off-premise New York City Caterer working with clients in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the tri-state area. We specialize in weddings, corporate events, galas, holiday parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, and those special personal events in your home. Our Mission is to exercise flexibility, trust and detailed attention when meeting clients needs as we provide premier food, using only the finest ingredients, serviced by unobtrusive, friendly, and professional people making for a truly memorable event.

    Eventfull catered my wedding of about 150 guests. Every single person commented on how delicious the food was, how wonderful the service was and the level of care shown. My husband and I had a server dedicated to just us during the reception and she was amazing she checked in on us throughout the dinner service and made sure we were fed, hydrated, and always had fresh drinks. We had a guest with severe allergies and they made sure to have the table’s server speak with him directly to ensure that he was aware of all the ingredients in his dish. Melody was a dream to work with. If you’re considering Eventfull for your event, book now- you will not regret it.

    First of all, this might’ve been the best food we’ve ever had! The tasting was unreal and by night of our wedding it was even better! Melody was extremely helpful from when wet first booked them to the clean up on our wedding night. I can’t say enough good things about this company. The wait staff was also extremely attentive all night and made everything so beautiful. Everyone at our wedding couldn’t get enough of the food and are still texting us about it!

    I can't recommend Melody and the Eventfull team enough. We chose a pretty DIY venue for our wedding so finding the right catering team to bring our wedding together was really important. Melody was so patient with me in the beginning when I was trying to get quotes and cost out what we could afford that I seriously think she's a saint. I remember going to the tasting just praying the food was ok, because I'd put this poor women through the ringer over email. It was more than ok, it was delicious! We're food people and our friends know it, serving boring food at our wedding really was not an option, and Melody helped us create an eclectic menu that suited us and also our guests. We had a nut-free wedding and then also had to accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan guests. Melody didn't bat an eye. We still have friends talking to us about the sweet potato au gratin with chipotle crema, and I think we always will, it was that good. Some vendors make you feel guilty you have a budget, Melody actually listened to our needs and genuinely helped us find a way to get exactly what we wanted within our means. This is a woman who hand sourced the pumpkin for our pumpkin risotto to be served from because they were hard to find this year! Come on! The average vendor is not going to do that. I can honestly say that our wedding would not have been the event it was without Eventfull. I feel so lucky we found them, and I would not hesitate to work with this team again for another event in the future.

    My wife and I really loved working with Melody and her team and we are so glad that we chose her for our wedding. All of our guests loved the food and service was handled perfectly. The food and service was a big reason that we loved Eventfull, but Melody also went above and beyond to help us throughout our wedding planning process. Our venue had very strict rules and Melody very carefully and professionally helped us meet every guideline and catered to all of our needs and preferences. She also helped us find rentals, wine & liquor, and put together our seating plan for the venue. Whenever we had any questions or requests we would always get a prompt and thoughtful response. We were amazed by how helpful and knowledgeable Melody was. We probably would not have been able to plan our wedding without her. All of our guests told us that they enjoyed their meals and unlike many other weddings, they had generous portions and were able to get drinks without a long wait. We had a lot of requests for our dinner and hors d'oeuvres, whether it was due to our own preferences or guests' dietary restrictions, and Melody helped us put together a delicious, and unique custom menu to fit our needs. Selecting Eventfull to help with our wedding was one of the best decisions we made in our planning process and we would highly recommend Melody + Eventful to anyone!
