Great Food and the Nicest People!

We knew when planning our wedding that we wanted our guests to eat well, and Eventfull made it happen! Melody was great to work with, and we appreciated how game she was to make substitutions and custom creations. She was also super accommodating for our guests with dietary restrictions. We've gotten so many compliments on the food from our guests, and we would get married all over again just for another plate! We also want to recognize the servers, who were so attentive all night and went above and beyond to make sure we and our families had everything we needed.

Melody and her team at EventFullNYC were an absolute dream to work with! From our very first interaction, they were collaborative, quick to respond, and proactive in their communication, making the planning process a breeze. On the day of, their staff was friendly, warm, and incredibly attentive, ensuring our wedding day was exactly what we envisioned. The food was truly exceptional - elegant, elevated, and so delicious our guests are still raving about it. Of all the vendors we worked with for our wedding, Melody and the Eventfull team have such a special place in my heart. From our very first conversation to the final bite of dinner on our wedding night, the care, professionalism, and heart they brought to the experience were beyond anything we could have hoped for. I was especially invested in the food — not just the flavors, but the overall experience, the presentation, and how it all reflected who we are. Throughout the planning process, Melody was thoughtful, collaborative, and fully committed to bringing our vision to life. I’m very detail-oriented, but every email and request was met with patience, enthusiasm, and a “let’s make it happen” mindset. One important note for couples considering this catering team: if you're at all disappointed in a dish during the tasting or simply envision it differently — DO NOT (seriously don't!) let that deter you from working with Eventfull. Melody and her team are incredibly receptive to feedback and deeply committed to perfecting the menu. We spent a lot of time refining one of our entrees, and not once did she make me feel like I was asking too much. Their goal is to get it exactly right and execute it flawlessly on the big day — and they absolutely did. The food tasted even better than what I had remembered during our tasting. The attention to detail was evident in every bite. My brother, who has never voluntarily eaten a green in his life, finished his entire salad — that says it all. Melody, thank you for being such a huge part of our day and for caring as deeply as you did. You are incredibly talented at what you do, and I feel just as honored and fortunate to have worked with you. 10/10, no notes.

Eventfull catered our wedding welcome party and did an absolutely fantastic job. We had three stations (tacos, BBQ, and salads) plus dessert, and all our guests raved about how delicious the food was. One of my friends who is vegan even said the staff made sure to get her food that fit her dietary restrictions. When we were planning the event, there were plenty of options to pick from, and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. Eventfull came to us highly recommended and still managed to exceed all expectations. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. We definitely recommend!!!
