Dobbin St is a premier event space in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Housed in a beautifully transformed factory, the venue offers a minimalist yet luxurious atmosphere, featuring stunning views of the Manhattan skyline and soaring 22-foot vaulted ceilings. Spanning 8,900 square feet of versatile indoor and outdoor space, Dobbin St was designed to create an unforgettable event experience. The venue includes 4,250 square feet of elegant indoor space, perfect for receptions, large gatherings, or celebrations. A 750-square-foot client mezzanine features a private suite with an en-suite bathroom, along with a comfortable lounge area. The venue’s 900-square-foot hidden courtyard provides a serene and intimate outdoor space, while the expansive 3,000-square-foot rooftop terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city, ideal for open-air ceremonies, cocktail hours, or events. Every corner of Dobbin St is designed to elevate your special day.

The venue features floor-to-ceiling French-style glass doors and three large skylights that fill the space with natural light. Exquisite handmade tiles from Morocco and Mexico add charm, complemented by polished concrete floors. Muuto pendant lights and Soren Rose chandeliers create a refined ambiance. A Bose surround sound system provides superior audio, and central heating and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort. Two custom white oak bars with zinc tops complete the space.

    Want an epic Brooklyn wedding?

    Dobbin St. has it all. An incredible rooftop view, a super aesthetic interior, and a wonderful staff of people. All in the heart of the Williamsburg / Greenpoint area, there's no shortage of awesome spots nearby for photos, hotels, late night spots, etc. If you're looking to have fun at your wedding, look no further. Dobbin St. is it!

    Amazing wedding venue!

    We got married at Dobbin St. on March 23, 2019. We fell in love with the space the first time we saw it. The high ceilings, clean lines, and minimalist look were just what we wanted, and unlike anything else we had seen. It was like a "clean" slate that we were able to completely make our own with our choice of flowers, lighting, place settings, etc. The whole Dobbin St. team was amazing to work with - they were with us every step of the way. The day was perfect!

    A gorgeous space with incredible staff, what more could you want? Nice, bright space with the industrial brick touches BK is known for. Hands down one of our favorite places to shoot in Brooklyn. Love! Can't wait to come back.

Up to 300 for cocktail with dance floor. Up to 200 for seated dinner with dance floor. Up to 275 for seated dinner with dance floor created by moving tables after dinner. Up to 300 for conferences and presentations. Up to 300 for seated ceremony.
To secure the space, a 50% deposit of the rental fee is required. In addition, a $1,000 security deposit is needed, which will be refunded within 10 business days after the event, provided there are no damages.
If the Client cancels at least 270 days prior to the Event Date, the Security Deposit and 25% of the Date Hold Amount will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within 269 days, the Client forfeits 100% of the rental deposit. If the Client requests a date change more than 90 days before the Event Date and the venue is available, the deposit will be applied to the new date, with a $1,500 rebooking fee. Cancellations after the change are subject to fees based on the original contracted date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 92 days of the Event, but the Client may choose to postpone.
Dobbin St exclusively provides both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for all events. While we welcome outside vendors, please note that glassware, furniture, and flatware must be sourced through Broadway Party Rentals.
A Dobbin St Venue Manager will be on-site during your event to assist with any venue-related questions, provide general support, and oversee the venue staff, including bar services. Please note that while our staff is dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of the venue, we are not responsible for event planning, coordinating timelines, or managing event details. For a seamless experience, we recommend hiring an event planner or day-of coordinator to handle these aspects.

We do not have on-site parking, but there is ample street parking available in the surrounding neighborhood. Additionally, guests may use the parking lot at The William Vale, one of our hotel partners, located just a 5-minute walk away.
