    The Fork Goes on the Left provided everything we needed for our wedding: incredible food that the guests keep talking about, an amazing team to make sure everything went smoothly, and a real enthusiasm for making sure the event went as well as we envisioned it. Mellanee is a true professional. We knew we wanted to work with her as soon as we left the tasting. She brings her unique style of fusing southern and Caribbean flavors in a way that is entirely original. Everything was presented beautifully and was absolutely delicious. We made a what felt like hundreds of decisions while planning and picking a caterer is probably the most important. After the wedding, we felt that choosing the Fork Goes on the Left was the best decision we could have made. I cannot imagine having had our wedding catered by anyone else.

    The Fork Goes on The Left exceeded our expectations. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was, how fun and attentive the staff were and their love for the bartenders. You can’t lose working with Mellanee. She worked with our budget and with other vendors to ensure everything was presentable and set up properly. Her food is amazing and we’d recommend her to anyone!

    I had the pleasure of indulging in Mel's cuisine last summer and it was beyond my expectations! The variety, the taste and let's not forget the styling was top quality. Mel is such a pleasant person to work with and I look forward to the next dining experience with her company.
