About this venue

A beautiful neighborhood bar and event space inspired by art deco and mythological themed decor. A delightful backyard garden with blooming flowers and an archway. A menu of wide variety of classical cocktails, original house cocktails, as well as a selection of beer, wine and mocktails. We have hosted a wide variety of events including live music and various performance artists. We also have a complimentary photobooth large enough to fit at least 12 people to help capture your event.

    The team at Medusa Bar was so supportive, honest, and communicated clearly and effectively throughout our entire wedding planning process. The space is absolutely gorgeous, and every detail is so thoughtfully designed. Anything and everything I needed, the Medusa team helped with - from suggesting amazing vendors to providing transparent pricing options. You can tell they truly love what they do and are here to make your special day even more special. I couldn't recommend Medusa Bar more highly as a wedding venue!

    We couldn't have imagined a more perfect place to celebrate our micro-wedding than Medusa. It was already our favorite neighborhood bar, so having our celebration on their beautiful patio felt incredibly special and personal. From the very beginning, the entire process was a pleasure. Xandra, who managed our event, was an absolute dream to work with. She was flexible, accommodating, and her communication was always clear and prompt, which put us completely at ease. She answered all our last-minute questions and even connected us with a fantastic flower decorator who created a stunning bouquet and helped make the space even more beautiful. On the day of our wedding, everything was seamless. We arrived to a clean, beautifully set-up patio ready for our celebration. Xandra and the staff were exceptionally attentive to us and all our guests throughout the entire event. They made sure our guests always had a drink, the water pitchers were always full, and were incredibly helpful with the food we had catered. They didn't even bat an eye when our friends surprised us with a mariachi band, graciously helping them get set up. Their professionalism and warmth allowed us to simply relax and enjoy our special day. Looking back at the photos and videos, we see so much joy on everyone's faces, and that's a testament to the wonderful atmosphere Medusa provided. My wife and I constantly talk about how much fun we had. The patio, with its unique charm, is what made us fall in love with Medusa in the first place, and this experience has only solidified it as our favorite spot. We can't recommend it enough, whether for a delicious drink or for hosting your next event.

    We hosted our micro wedding party at Medusa Bar on their back patio on June 21, 2025, and it was an absolute dream come true. Xandra, the bar manager, was incredible from start to finish. She helped us make the celebration so beautiful, even recommending a florist for our gorgeous arrangements and my bouquet! The entire team was so accommodating, working with our mariachi band and our outside catering to make sure everything ran smoothly. It was the perfect intimate experience, filled with fun, great drinks, and our closest friends. We can't recommend Medusa Bar enough for a special event!

    The minute I walked in I saw a gorgeous bar with great space to vibe and spend time with my friends. I mainly stayed in the backyard and at night it felt like you were at your friend’s intimate backyard gathering.
