Sue at haejin truly care about every customer and make the whole process feel personal and exciting. I had visited several jewelers in Manhattan and Brooklyn, including some big names, but no one compared to the care and honesty at Haejin Jewelry. Sue helped me choose a gorgeous lab grown diamond that looks absolutely flawless, and the craftsmanship of the setting is incredible. You can tell every ring is made with love and attention to detail.     Sue is super polite, thoughtful, attentive and knowledgeable. definitely willing to try as hard as she can to create the perfect piece for you with an upfront precise quote. everything you’d want in a jeweler. also LGBTQ friendly is such a plus. 10000% recommend

    Came here to get my fiancé’s engagement ring as well as our wedding bands. Sue was incredibly helpful in walking me through the process and teaching me everything to know about diamonds! She was very patient and meticulous, and created 3 beautiful rings that my (now)wife loves. Highly recommend coming to Sue for all your jewelry needs!

    We had such a special experience working with Sue at Haejin Jewelry. My partner and I both worked with her and from the beginning she made the whole process feel so fun, comfortable and personal. You can tell how much she genuinely cares about her clients. She’s thoughtful, patient, thorough, and really takes the time to understand what you want and make sure you’re happy with every detail. She also does such a great job educating you throughout the process too. We had visited a few large corporate stores before finding Haejin Jewelry and the experience was intimidating and not what we expected.
