Jillicious Foods is an all-in-one catering and event company dedicated to creating inspired, authentic wedding, social and corporate experiences. For us, every client represents a unique opportunity to tell a new and delicious story. Chef Jill has been telling these stories for nearly three decades. We work in a variety of cuisines, from New American to Cajun to Southeast Asian; accommodate all diets, including gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian; and are proud to partner with local farms and purveyors throughout the Hudson Valley and New York City.

Chef Jill and the Jillicious Foods team bring a passion for local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients to all their catering events — from black tie to rustic weddings, and from cocktail parties and wine dinners to casual BBQs — and always handpick all the ingredients. We’re guided by our commitment to using only the finest, freshest, sustainably grown, and raised products we can find, sourcing locally whenever possible, and following practices that protect our planet. And we never use the same menu twice.
