Founder

The phrase "cento percento" was born in the heart of Florence, Italy with the simple idea of bringing Tuscan style food to New York. It has since evolved into an experience like no other, including traditional antipasti, hot and cold main dishes, panini and decadent desserts, including pastries and soft serve gelato. Fresh ingredients and tradition are a reflection of Italy's love and passion for serving only the finest foods to their guests. At Cento Percento, we strive to uphold that tradition and provide you with a 100% (cento percento) unforgettable experience.

Winner of Gordon Ramsay's idiot sandwich. We have owned and operated bakeries since 1986, which gives us an incredible opportunity to service our clients with daily made fresh bread, cakes, pastries etc. Some of our family still resides in Italy which has also provided us with a unique situation to get most of our product (meats/cheeses) from the home land. More importantly product that most other purveyors cannot get a hold of.

    Nik from Cento Percento was amazing to work with, and the food was absolutely delicious! They were very flexible to accommodate any dietary restrictions, and were always very responsive and helpful along the way. The charcuterie board makes an amazing centerpiece, as well as fresh and delicious. Centro Percento was the perfect catering option for our small intimate wedding, 100% would book again!

    Working with Nik and his team was so easy and tasty. The food is impeccable along with their service. We had to have a special GF, vegan and no pork options for our wedding and Nik team made all of our requests come to life without skimping on quality whatsoever. We heeded a lot of advice from Nik as he has been in the business for awhile now and everything he suggested we went with and it all worked out perfectly. Workin with Nik was seamless. He was so responsive and out going, he really made the whole process easy for us. There are no complaints and only praise for his food presentation and taste! Every one of our guest had something complimentary to say about how good the food was! You would be so lucky to be able to hire Cento Percento for your event.

    Cento Percento was an awesome vendor at our wedding reception. Nik worked with us throughout the entire process, ensuring that we had the perfect menu. He was incredibly responsive and flexible. While we were not familiar with them when we began our planning, Nik made us completely confident that the menu would match the vibe of the reception, not to mention, taste great!
