The phrase "cento percento" was born in the heart of Florence, Italy with the simple idea of bringing Tuscan style food to New York. It has since evolved into an experience like no other, including traditional antipasti, hot and cold main dishes, panini and decadent desserts, including pastries and soft serve gelato. Fresh ingredients and tradition are a reflection of Italy's love and passion for serving only the finest foods to their guests. We have owned and operated bakeries since 1986, which gives us an incredible opportunity to service our clients with daily made fresh bread, cakes, pastries etc. Some of our family still resides in Italy which has also provided us with a unique situation to get most of our product (meats/cheeses) from the home land. More importantly product that most other purveyors cannot get a hold of.
