My couples are adventurous, mindful, inspired by nature. They value meaningful experiences, quality time and creating lasting memories, often opting for thoughtful details over glamorous and lavish trends, excessively advertised in the industry.

I focus on mindful budgeting and helping couples create their dream day by prioritizing what matters the most to each of them. I will only be suggesting and offering you services or advice that is right for you and your vision as transparency is my main goal in helping couples.

    Anastasia completely exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire planning process. She handled every detail with care and professionalism, which took so much stress off our shoulders. On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly. Because of her, we were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment, knowing we were in the best possible hands. We couldn’t have asked for a more supportive, organized, and thoughtful coordinator. Highly recommend!

    Best day of coordinator!!

    We hired Anastasia for à la carte services the day of the wedding since we didn’t need a full planner, and it was a fantastic decision! Anastasia was able to set all of my decor, including lay out flowers and floating candles to make the reception space look spectacular. She truly saw the vision and executed with no direction, it was really relaxing for me to know she had it handled. She also coordinated the ceremony rehearsal, directed everyone behind the scenes of the ceremony, and helped me with photos and making sure I had water and snacks. Anastasia is friendly and jumped into any situation to make our wedding day feel so relaxing!

    Day Dream Planning is the best!

    Hiring Anastasia from Day Dream Planning as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Her communication from our first phone call until the very last minutes of the wedding day was nothing short of punctual, professional, and friendly. She showed up the day before to help us set up the venue and walk through our ceremony, which gave us so much peace of mind going into the big day. On the wedding day itself, Anastasia kept everything running like clockwork and handled any issues that came up without us having to worry about a thing. Her patience and flexibility meant she could adapt to whatever we needed, and her communication kept everyone on the same page the whole time. Without her there, the day would have felt stressful and chaotic, but instead it felt easy and fun. We cannot recommend Anastasia and Day Dream Planning enough for any couple looking for a coordinator who will truly take care of them.

    Thankful for Anastasia!!!

    We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Anastasia. From the moment she stepped in as our day-of wedding planner, she made us feel completely supported, organized, and stress-free. She went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure our wedding day was absolutely perfect for me and my wife. Anastasia handled every detail seamlessly — coordinating vendors, keeping the timeline on track, solving problems before we even knew they existed, and making sure everyone was where they needed to be. Because of her, we were actually able to relax, be present, and enjoy every moment of our day together. What stood out most was how genuinely caring and invested she was. Simply to ensure that everything runs smoothly on your wedding day! You don’t want to make your mother or Maid of honor to be the one working on such a special day, you want them to enjoy every moment with you! Wedding coordinator also helps you to not stress in the weeks and months prior to the Big Day. I hear this all the time from my brides about how they freaking out about forgetting something or just not feeling confident that they have everything under control!
We can always jump on a quick call to determine what is your current progress and what service would be the best match for you!
I will order or rent decor items from different vendors/ stores depending on your budget and vision and will provide day of set-up/ breakdown. As for the florals, there is an option to work with one of my favorite local florists for more elaborate creations or I can provide floral set-up for more simple and minimalistic, affordable solutions. ( subject to additional cost price)
1. Sourcing your venue/ restaurant/ location for the ceremony 2. Suggesting officiant, photographer, florals, any additional needed vendors(MUA/hair). Working closely with your photographer to create your vision. 3. Securing accommodations and transportation 4.Arranging any travels 5.Day of support *Traveling to location/stay at the location is not included - traveling is paid by the couple.*
