Description	Our full planning package gives couples and their families the confidence to ensure every detail through out the planning process is taken care of. This package includes venue selection, vendor sourcing, floral selection and everything in between. We'll guide you every step of the way to ensure your unique wedding day vision comes to life.	For the client who has a bustling career or simply wants to take a step back from planning, this package is perfect for you! Services start six month prior to your wedding and goes beyond day-of coordination. We'll be your main point of contact for design selection, vendor scheduling, managing travel logistics and so much more.	We take destination weddings on a case by case basis.	Have the wedding planned and are now ready to sit back, relax and enjoy? CBE will work with you up to two months before the wedding and will provide complete event management and day-of coordination. The team will handle timeline creation, have a walkthrough at your venue and confirm every detail with all your vendors. Leave the last minute details to us so you can go celebrate!

We honestly can’t say enough great things about Deanna and her team! From planning to day of, Deanna made our wedding dreams seamless and a dream come true! We couldn’t imagine our wedding day without her. She helped in so many ways, but one of the best parts was not having to stress about a thing leading up to and on the day of our wedding. Deanna made sure that everything was taken care of and that neither of us had to worry about anything but enjoying ourselves, our guests and the entire day celebrating our marriage to one another. Honestly, you have to have Deanna and her team a part of your wedding! You will be so happy you did! Thank you Deanna and Alaina!!

Although we’d love to start working with you from the very beginning of your planning journey, this is completely up to you and your needs! As shown within the services page, we offer different packages based on what support is needed and where you are during the planning process. However, we do only try to book one wedding a day to ensure the best possible experience for our clients. To ensure your wedding date is available for either planning or coordination, please reach out as soon as you consider hiring planning support.

After an inquiry is sent, we’ll send over our pricing guide. From there, we will schedule a complimentary consultation call. During this chat, we'll discuss your overall wedding day vision, budget and vendors. It's a great way for us to get to know each other and to determine how we can best assist you. This call typically lasts from 30 to 45 minutes.

In order to reserve your wedding date, a contract must be signed and a 40% retainer will be due upon signing. The remaining balance will be split up through the planning process, with the final balance being due 14 days prior to the wedding day. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, or payments through services like Zelle and Venmo.

Yes! We carry general and professional liability insurance. We are happy to provide proof of insurance to your venue.

Yes and we're more than happy to share it with you! Vendors who come recommended by us are those who we love to work with and who continuously provide quality work or product. As planners, we want what is best for our clients so we'd love to share our beloved recommended vendors for your special day!
