Coming from an Italian family, I inherited the baking genes. I started making cheesecakes 15 years ago. It started out as a challenge to see if I could do it, and once I mastered that, I decided to expand into different flavors. I brought cheesecakes to family functions and my mom would always say that they were "too rich" or "too much". I changed to making them into bars so she could have a smaller piece and it wouldn't be too much. Once I found mini cheesecake pans, my life was made!
