Hi there! I’m Joey, the owner and cake artist behind Joeycakes Custom Cakes & Confections. First off, congratulations on your engagement! Planning a wedding is such an exciting adventure, and I’m honored to play a part in creating sweet memories for your big day. My journey into the world of cakes began with a love for baking that I nurtured into a career by attending culinary school, where I graduated in 2023. It was there that I discovered my passion for cake decorating. I quickly fell in love with the process of turning simple ingredients into edible works of art that not only taste amazing but also tell a story—your story.

As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the importance of celebrating love in all its forms. I’m committed to making every couple feel seen, valued, and celebrated. Whether you’re dreaming of an elegant tiered cake or a display of confections (including my bestselling cupcakes!), my goal is to bring your vision to life with designs that match your unique style and flavors that leave a lasting impression. When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me exploring new cake techniques or sharing my creations on Instagram.     This Cake Should Be In A Museum!

    Perfect wedding cake

    Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly how we imagined. The design was perfect, and you could tell a lot of care went into making it. Our guests kept saying how good it was. We couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. We’re so grateful for the time and effort that went into making something so special for our big day.
